very comfortable and has decent straps and I love that they have multiple lengths to select, love the velcro on the side panels, so easy to adjust. I recommend this bra as it fits well , supports and looks good Marilyn from Concord Ca.

It is so hard to find a well fitting bra that is supportive AND comfortable. This checks all the boxes. It does have fabric that comes up pretty high under the arms, it may be visible. but it is soft. None of the adjustments are bulky. Shelli from Great Falls MT

I am awaiting an exchange on this bra- I needed a bigger cup size, but overall, I loved it and can't wait to try the new size. I love it's adjustable in so many places and it's easy to adjust. I love it clasps in front as well. JamaStar from Lake Havasu City

I was so hoping this would fit, as I like the fabric and style features ( and it is not as bulky as it looks in the picture) but cups were too small for me. I ordered the same size as my Prima Donna Deauxville which fits me well.

HerRoom Response: The Deauville bra has very deep cups. This bra has a plunge style. Unfortunately, you are already at an I(D6) cup size and this is the largest cup size we offer in your band size. Carolyn from Oregon

The adjustable band is wonderful. Sadly, this bra is not for me. The underwire is too high under my arm, particularly on the right side, and it jabs painfully.

HerRoom Response: It is noted you are tall. The sides and underwires being tall are to help give you containment and cover that possible bulge just below your underarm. It sounds like you need to reach into your cups and fully pull all your breast tissue inside the cups. This should make you much more comfortable and not poke your breast tissue. Also consider loosening the sides. Linda from Illinois

It's an excellent bra for “busty” women. It has support and lift that are unmatched like no other bra I have. The only critic is the closure in the front is difficult to unfasten.

HerRoom Response: We appreciate your comment. Yes, the closure is sewn initially tight but will loosen with a few uses and will be easier to unfasten. Nikia

Looks like a great bra online, but if you have arthritis like me, it is almost impossible to put on.

HerRoom Response: We are sorry to hear this. We tested the closure on women with limited dexterity, and they were successful. But first, they adjusted the sides to their loosest setting, hooked the front, then tightened the sides. Michelle from Freeport

tricky clasp but nice fit and bra

Very difficult time closing the front hook. Don't want to wear with hook tucked into cup either. Also the side panel was not easy to adjust. Maybe for a small cup this bra would work, but it didn't seem comfortable on me.

HerRoom Response: We appreciate your feedback. Yes, the front closures take a little time in the beginning. But, they loosen up with use and become easier with practice. Sorry to hear you had side panel issues. You are the first. DjB from St. Petersburg, Fl

I really typically wear a 38J. I thought a 40I might work, but it didn't. The underwires are poking me under the armpit. I have the band adjusted as long as possible. It could be that the band sizes run small, or I've just stretched out my 38's

HerRoom Response: To get the proper fit with this bra you need to purchase your actual size. Selecting a sister size you create fit issues. C from Missouri

Nice idea, but with a large cup (34g) I had a difficult time getting the front hook inserted. I don't like the idea of leaving it unhooked either. I wished this would have worked . I liked the control of the side panel for the band fit.

HerRoom Response: It is noted that your past orders have all been for wire-free bras. You are correct that a front closure underwire requires that your lean forward to hook and that you need to make sure your breast tissue is then adjusted to be inside the cups. Donna from SEMINOLE

Due to a shoulder injury, I can only wear front-fastening bras. Having searched all over, I have only found a couple of designs which go to my cup size. I am so happy to have found this one, which not only fits but is super comfortable. Carol from Massachusetts, USA

It also runs extremely too small!

HerRoom Response: We thank you for your feedback. The 34G(D4) size is a USA G cup. looking at your order history, the 34G(D6) made in the UK and 2 cup sizes larger is the size you keep. Belva from Stafford, VA USA

I like a lot of things about this bra and would give it 5 stars except the wires under the cups are way too long and jab me in the armpits.

HerRoom Response: It is noted that you are petite in height. This bra does have a high side to help contain and smooth. And, if you have your side adjustments on their tightest setting, you may need to go up a band size and down a cup size to get your underwires more forward. Carol from Westbrook

I can't really rate this in stars. It seems like a great bra. It just didn't ever work for me, with touching breasts. The wires also poked under my arms. I hope a version comes out for this.

HerRoom Response: We appreciate your review. You are right, there are 2 reasons this is not a good fit for you. First, touching breasts are too close for a front closure bra which needs some room in the middle for the hardware. You are also petite in height so the underarms are probably a bit high and this is causing your under arm poking. Janey from Portland,OR

I love this bra my only complaint isn't just with this bra, but all bras I have extra room in the bottom of my cups, if I go smaller I overflow, if I go bigger it is too big, so I don't know if I am just a weird shape or what.

HerRoom Response: If you have room in the bottom of your cups, you are not pulling your bra up high enough under your breasts. Tomima wrote a Talk about this here. Breanna from Liberty/ky/U.S

While I really love the idea of this bra, if you have close set breasts it will not work for you. The front closure is much too wide for someone who is a bit more narrow. I will unfortunately be returning

HerRoom Response: Your comment is valid. Our front closure pulls the cups the closest together of any front closure bra on the market today, but if you have touching breasts, this bra will not work for you. There is no front closure bra being sold today in larger cup sizes that will correctly fit someone with touching breasts. Adrian from BROOKLYN PARK, MN

The concept is great. The smaller hook in the front is difficult to do and undo.

HerRoom Response: We know the smaller hook can be a little challenging. It can also be left unhooked and tucked inside the cups. Stephanie from Portland/Oregon/United States

Love the idea of this bra but it fails in the follow through. The front clasp is very hard to fasten (and unfasten). Shoulder straps are WAY WAY too long Velcro side straps run in wrong direction. . Had to send back.

HerRoom Response: We appreciate your feedback. It is noted that you usually order a 32 band size but you ordered a 34 in this bra because it's not made in a 32. The Robin requires that you buy your correct size. Sharon from Athens

After consulting the online fit expert I ordered the 40 G (my size) and the 40 H in this bra. It seems perfect for plus sizes. Delivery took a while. I will need at LEAST a 44 judging from the way this fits.

HerRoom Response: Yes, we apologize for the delay in delivery. We simply sold out our first delivery in weeks. Our factory has a 3 month lead time. The good news is we have expanded our band sizing to include 44 bands. They are due to arrive the first of 2021. Aljameela from Washington

A bra with great support. I wish it didn't have a seam in the cup and the front hooks were easier to work with but because the support is so good I gave it 4 stars.

HerRoom Response: The seams in the cups are what give this bra its great support. The front hooks get easier to fasten with use. Laura from MINNEAPOLIS

I was so excited about this bra, the concept was overdue! I love the adjustability &the fabric is comfortable, however there's some shifting on the back band & the front closures slip. The worst part is how the cups fit. They smash and separate!

HerRoom Response: We appreciate your feedback, but we also noticed that you state in this review you are a 32I(D6) but you purchased a 32H(D5). This probably explains your experience with the cups feeling tight.. Michele from Tampa

I was too optimistic as to size. Looking over the Robin. Noting the engineering, excellent fasteners and fabric. I am so disappointed that this is the largest band size this bra is made in.. It is perfect for Plus Sizes.

This bra is a wonder of flexibility! The strap has different settings for lengths and the adjustability in the band size is fantastic. This bra also has a little padding but I feel it’s minimizing. I love this bra Cara

Took a little effort for the initial fit. It is very much a minimizer for large busts. It also pushes the breasts to the sides which really doesn't work for me. However, the bra is quite comfortable for a long day of wear!

HerRoom Response: It is noted that you usually purchase bras in the UK size of 36G(D6) which is 2 cup sizes larger than this USA bra 36G(D4). So this bra is 2 cup sizes smaller. This is probably why you experienced minimizing and a misfit of the cups. MmPurple from Richland/WA/USA

needs a redesign. the back adjusters are out of whack and cause the fabric to bunch and wrinkle and the sides roll up at the bottom. every other undergarment i have in this size fit fine and i was hoping for a superior fit from this model...

HerRoom Response: It is noted that you purchase 42 band sizes. Unfortunately, this bra is not made in a 42 band size currently so you purchased a 40. All your symptoms align with being in a bra with too small a band size. tracy from Billings

Pros: The fit is okay & the size is right. It does lift and separate. Cons: The cups cut a bit across the breasts. The hooks of the straps often detach as I put on the bra. The fabric of the band seems to shift as it is worn.

HerRoom Response: We appreciate your feedback. In our next shipment, the strap hooks will be tighter to stay in place. We will be reaching out to you to better understand your claim of the band shifting. We want to understand what you are experiencing. Vee from Port Angeles

I am a hard to fit 38ddd. The reality was not the dream I had pictured. It pushed me flat and back like any average minimizer bra. I had hoped for lift and comfort. It did not make a good silhouette.

HerRoom Response: Thank you so much for this very valuable feedback. Our neckline is a plunge, and your purchase history shows you love the balconette bra style and sometimes purchase the next cup size up. Moving to a 38G(D4) would probably be a better fit, but it also sounds like the Robin is simply not a good match for you. Tonya

Love the bra. Must have been designed by a woman, finally. I usually wear a 40 and this fit me great with the side tabs in the half closed position. It does smooth out the fat rolls under my arms but that fabric could be thicker, more supportive. Joan from Tampa, Fl USA

I really wanted to love this bra but I hated the front closure and found it super hard to get in and out of. I also felt myself panicking because I didn’t want to damage anything taking it off because it doesn’t feel very well made. Too many hooks.

HerRoom Response: We know that the hooks initially can fit a little snug. But, after a few wearings, the tabs they hook into loosen and the hooks are much easier to unhook. We are sorry that you struggled. Leah from NJ

I really wanted to love the Robin I felt like I was trying to put myself into a straight jacket. So awkward! I have rheumatoid arthritis and limited mobility so I was hoping this would be good but nope. Very complicated and just didn't work for me.

The front closure on this does not equate with any ease. The fabric is very tight and this was harder to get on than traditional back closure bras. The extra adjusters were extra torture devices. Wires dug in when sitting down. Disappointing. Elisabeth from New Jersey

Good band, wire & straps. Poor cup design? The straight piece flattens the inner fullness of my breasts & pushes them outward into cups that don't support or enhance my shape. My breasts are smashed into saddlebags. In my armpits. Disappointed.

HerRoom Response: Thank you for your feedback. This is a plunge bra, so has a different neckline than you may be used to. The Robin also has a side support sling inside to cups to keep breasts forward. Your comments sound like you would benefit from a larger cup for more breast tissue containment. Judith from Chicago

It saddens me to have to give this bra a poor rating, but it is too heavy; the fabric is thick and unyielding. it looks great under clothing. I am keeping it for cold weather wear, and because I support your efforts to innovate.

The design of the bra is everything I could ask for. The sizing however is not accurate. I wear a 40 D6 consistently. The band size is at least one size too small and the cups feel like I'm wearing a minimizer bra. I'm not sure what size to order.

Wide straps, great, high sides, great, lifts the girls, great. Wish I’d ordered larger cup. Lots of tucking. Center large clasp, great, smaller keeps shifting and underwire pokes in the center. can’t get the metal piece in the back to stay in place

Conceptually brilliant. I usually wind up connecting the closures in the front and spinning them to the back, so a front closure is a great idea for extended sizes. Not crazy about the fabric: Sturdy, like a bathing suit top. Bulky.

HerRoom Response: Your observation on the fabric selection is correct. We chose a firm fabric so there would be no sewn-on elastic along the sides that could possible "bite." Our goal was to optimize comfort. Denni G from Gladwyne PA USA

This bra is unique and one must look at as a new option for comfort. However, I found that the cup size runs small, so the 40I I purchased did not come close to fitting. The bra is soft and well-made. It is heavier than most bras, but has promise.

HerRoom Response: Thank you for your feedback. This is a plunge and not full coverage bra. It is noted in your prior purchase history with us that you purchase full coverage styles and a cup size larger - 40J(D7). Joyce from Rockport, IN

Unfortunately having to return. I think the idea for this bra is great, but the band sizes are SUPER small. I've had a 38 band size for years and I couldn't even squeeze into this. The velcro only allows limited range. Size UP!

HerRoom Response: Thank you for your feedback. We fit-tested our 38 band size and know it to be accurate. The band is a firm fit for support and not stretchy like many bras on the market. Katie from US

I was a little skeptical about the Velcro side adjustment panels, fearing that they might show under clothing, but they don't, at all. I love the way the straps adjust so easily, and the way the back smooths everything. Both the tan and the black bras fit just perfectly, and create a super silhouette. This bra didn't work for me at all. It seemed to push my breasts outward towards my sides. I've never had much luck with front closure bras though, so that might be why the fit was poor.

HerRoom Response: We appreciate your feedback. Our center close design is the only one on the market that has the center wires touching - can't get any closer than that.
