This might be a good bra for a taller person. I am VERY short waisted. As a result, he lowest part of the zipper gave me a blister during my first workout. Otherwise it does give some support but wish it gave full support.

This bra is supposed to give medium support. I don't think it provides as much as that. I have arthritis in my hands, and I find it almost impossible to hook and zip the bra.
HerRoom Response: For a sports bra to work, it's important that you purchase your true size and not size up.
