I bought the Only Hearts gown slip in the color nude more than a year ago, and it has not disappointed me. I bought it to go under a sheer, floor-length hand crochet/ lace caftan style dress in natural. The dress, which I have since worn on a cruise and at several summer events, cost several hundred dollars. If I had not found the Only Hearts gown slip, I would not have been able to keep the caftan. The slip looks like it was designed to go under it. The slip has also doubled as a night gown. It is comfortable and flatters the body. The fabric remains soft, and maintains its shape. More than a year later, there are no holes or rips. I am buying another one in nude because I know as great as the slip has been, it can't last forever. This slip has been well worth the price. This is the ONLY slip I could find anywhere, online or in person, that is ankle length and has NO slit. It was exactly what I needed for my very sheer, antique wedding dress. It was a little bit less opaque than what I needed, so I ordered two, cut the straps off the second, and had the body sewn onto the inside of the first slip so that it would be more opaque. That gave me the coverage I needed with my very sheer dress. It's good quality and a nice garment. I searched everywhere for a shade of nude gown length slip to wear under a semi-sheer lace caftan by Jen's Pirate Booty that cost nearly $500. ( I know: For that price, you would think a slip would come with it). I love the bohemian styled summer dresses, but it is difficult to find undergarments and slips to wear under them. I had actually considered sending back the caftan because I just couldn't find the perfect slip. I was about to give up when I came upon this website and found reviews for the Only Hearts Gown Length Slip. It is exactly what I was looking for. It is not only functional, but attractive and comfortable enough to wear to bed. (My husband likes it). I plan on buying the black and white as well. this item was great I loved that the shipment came quickly and the descrlption on this item was exactly as it states on their website, the material is a good one. it's not the cheap one, it fit perfectly with my gown. since my gown is a "Off white color" this goes well. Where as when the sun shines you cannot see trough this gown I am well covered, so I feel confident wearing this underneath my Minister's Gown for weddings I perform every weekend. I bought my wedding dress at Macy's a few weeks ago. It is a simple long white gown, but the only problem was you could TOTALLY see through it. I purchased this slip to wear under my wedding dress, which was a very simple silk floor-length, sleevesless, bias-cut dress. The silk was a little too sheer, which was why I needed a full-length slip. This slip was perfect. Was really hard to find a full length slip- I even tried a couple of bridal shops. Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for here, when it came the shade of nude and the fit were both great. I was looking for a large and worried that as it was m/l it would be too small, but it is a good fit and the fabric and construction would work for med. sizes as well. The slip is very comfortable, stretchy, and smooth. Even though it's straight and form fitting, it's so stretchy it will work for a cellist without having to be cut on the sides. It does have seams the length of the sides. There are no slits in this slip. It's one of the few slips I could find for a very slim person, i.e. petite/small. Most came only in small which would be too big for this person, who is 5'5" and weighs about 104 with a dancer's body. So we got what we needed, but had to pay a lot for the small size. czarinamuf

Nice quality. I wish it had a deeper V, but the adjustable straps can allow it to come down to a low scoop. Many gowns have pretty deep plunges these days and I wish someone would account for that in a non-shaping, non-lace accented slip. Until then, this is the slip to beat. Sara from Seattle
