This tall form is one of Nearly Me's most versatile, and has a tapered upper section for a more natural transition to chest. Comes in a sturdy protective box that can be kept for easy storage. Made of silicone with polyurethane exterior.

Gel form is silicone and encased in a thin polyurethane film for durability and soft feel.
Materials give form natural movement.
Nipple protrudes from form for a better anatomical match.
Contoured back fits comfortably against the body no matter which direction you place it. Can be turned to the side for easier wear with strapless fashions.
Adheres to the breast area with the use of adhesive tape.
One breast form.
Made in the USA.
Try 17-036 if you prefer polyurethane foam.
