I have wideset small breasts and the mesh insert makes the cups fit just right without the underwire digging in. Having said that the shape of the cups isn't perfect and I probably could have gone down a cup size. But all in all, OK Melissa from Concord, MA

I'm a little disappointed in this bra after a few days of wear. It is comfy, and is invisible under t-shirts, and no back fat bulge. The cons: a big crease at the bottom of the bra, right above the underwire, kind of like a wire-free or sports bra. However it seems to be invisible under my clothes. The band is really stretchy and I have it on the tightest setting already after a few weeks. Rachel from New Mexico, USA

This is a nice bra. I'm small busted but needed the C as the B was too narrow and it quad-boobed me somewhat. The cups on this are slightly odd, extra space at the bottom, as though they expect more sagging even on smaller bust? My boobs are pretty much all at the bottom, but still, space at the bottom right up against the wire, and tighter toward the top of the cups, they look full. Absolutely not noticeable under clothing, and it's a comfortable bra. Robin from Tampa, FL US

This fits beautifully and has the perfect design for a v neck top so no cup edges show. The center is clear so also great for a v neck. I used the HerRoom fit predictor and all three bras were very nice on my figure. Mary from Houston, TX USA

This is a great bra if you have shoulders that are not square. Straps always fell down on my arms and this t bra is wonderful. I like the Natori brand too. I worked at Neiman Marcus for the intimate apparel department and this was one of their biggest sellers. Julie from Charlottesville, VA

Very comfortable. Great coverage and shape without the cups being too thick or bulky. Worried the clear band in the center might be uncomfortable but you don't notice it. This bra is indeed light weight and easy to wear. Love natori bras in general. Jo from Nashville tn USA

I love that it runs shallow, it's a perfect fit for wide, but shallow breasts, like mine! Only gripe is that the material feels a little less substantial and puckers slightly. Quality doesn't seem quite in line with the other Natori bras I own. amy

If you can regularly fit in a 32D (but maybe on the tightest hook or the band is just a tad loose) then go 30DD on this. I got it in 30D and get a touch of the double bubble. Band fits great though! Christie from usa

I got this because of all the great reviews I've read about this bra. However, I am less than impressed. I guess the cups run a little shallow because it totally flattens out my breast shape like a sports bra. Everything else about the bra is cool, the clear bridge, and the convertible straps, but the cup shape just seems wrong for my size.

Natori Response: This style does run very shallow. We suggest going up a cup size for a better fit. Sofia from Richardson, TX

This is my favorite bra of all time. I own three of them because they are light, supportive, comfortable and truly seamless under my clothes - even lightweight tees and tanks. I don't like a lot of padding, just enough to ensure my nipples don't show through. I wear this bra in 34C, but most 34C's are too large for me in the cups, so I have to agree with some of the other reviews that say the cups run a bit small on this bra. I hope this one is never discontinued! Tae from New York NY

I love this bra and was delighted to find it on your site. Light weight and comfortable and with the extra spacing, between the cups, keeps everything lifted and separated. Only drawback is the clear plastic piece does not have a very long life--not good for a $50 bra! Donna from Virgin Isalnds

I love Natori Bras even though they do not make the pretty lacey ones in my size. This bra is a bit awkward though it provides enough coverage for t-shirts if they are not too thin. With its plunging front the bra feels a bit flimsy and the edge of the plunge can be seen through the tshirt. It is extremely comfortable to wear and I would buy another one just because I cant find anything better. Iris from New Orleans

I'm keeping this bra because it's lower-cut than anything else I have, so it'll be useful for some of my shirts and dresses. However, I'm not very happy with it. It's not very supportive: the cups are too soft and the straps are too thin and stretchy. I seem to bounce around all over the place when I'm wearing it. And even though the cups are the correct size, the underwires often slide up, leaving me with boob spilling out the bottom. Shevaun from Washington, DC

Best and most comfortable bra I have ever put on and has the beauty of changing the straps to clear if need be and also didn't have all the push up pads built in as some do. However, the material is too thin and the nipples show through, so I purchased the nipple inserts and they don't fit properly and move around and peek through top of bra. So I will be returning this item. Its too bad because other than the thinness of the bra I loved it and would have ordered more. . Tabitha from Marion, MA

This is a great bra for ultra-low cut tops. This is not an every day bra, it is a special use bra for me. I purchased it in a 34D instead of 32DD (my usual size) so that I could pull the band down for low back tops and it works. The cups on this are shallow, so there will be some spillage on the top but to me this is preferable to gapping which would show too much under clothes. Still, compared to other Natori bras this one is cut quite small in the cups so if you are between cup sizes, I would size up. I have not had any issues with the plastic in the middle; it's not uncomfortable. Arden from California

The material is fantastic, but the fit is horrible on me. The top of the cup cuts into my breasts and it is not because the cup is too small. The material at the bottom of the cup near the underwire bunches just as a cup too large would do. The underwires are also very stretchy (if you pull the band you can see the wires widen, or move with the band). That doesn't work for my narrow frame because then the wires don't even support my breasts (it ends up laying too far away from where my breast tissue ends).

The fit of the bra really does depend on your own body type/shape/size; for me, it just didn't work at all. I have read other successful 30A size reviews on it; I wish I could say the same.

After wearing this bra 3x, the plastic connecting piece tore. I took it to a good dry cleaners to repair. They showed me it was irreparable as there is not enough fabric to sew a replacement piece of any type of stretchy material onto. I am 5'5", very fit at 135 lbs, and relatively UN-endowed but have been professionally fitted several times at a major upscale retail dept. store you all know. Now I understand why that dept. store no longer carries this bra.

Natori Response: We are very sorry to hear of your disappointment. Natori is known for their super soft/fine, high quality fabrics and materials, which is what makes the bras extremely comfortable. This however also means that the garments are more delicate then a lot of other bras. Thus, they require gentle care and washing. anonyms from Oakland/California/USA

This is the only convertible bra in a 30dd (at a reasonable price) and probably other less common sizes as well. It's not as comfortable as other bras, which come in these sizes, but it is comfortable enough to compromise for that all important convertibility. Otherwise, it's lightweight and great for traveling. Anonyms from California

Love this bra. It is just thick enough to be comfortable without feeling padded. It is slightly shallow in the cups - as measured I'm a perfect 30C, but tend to have fuller upper parts of my breasts, so the D covers me better. The mesh material is soft and it gives enough support to be quite comfortable. Lauren from Chicago

I really really really wanted to like this bra, but it's just not working for me. It's a very lightweight bra, which at first I was excited about (I was looking for something to wear in very hot weather). However, the downside of that was that I had some show-through. Also, the stitching on one side of the underwire seemed to be unraveling a bit and felt itchy on my skin. So it's going back. Size was right on, though. Oh well, I hope you have better luck with it! This bra fits beautifully. I am petite but often size 32 bra cups are too close together so the outer end of the wire pokes me uncomfortably. These cups are perfectly spaced, so if you have that problem this bra will work well for you- there is no 'spilling out' at the underarm area! My only complaint is a minor one- I think the cups are a tad smaller than some other brands. I am a full C, and the C works for me, but just barely. Lisette from Chicago

I don't know whether Natori didn't originally make DD sizes and that's why it turned out like this, but anyone needing to buy a DD should be aware they're designed differently than other cup sizes in this bra. You can see it in any store that carries the bra by comparing a DD to any other cup size; the plastic gore is only half as wide in DDs as in all the other sizes. For those who need more space between the cups, like me, this makes a big difference. It's painful the moment I put it on, which makes it completely unwearable.

HerRoom Response: Thank you for this feedback. Your comments are the reason that we display an alternate image on a model who is a 36DD. This image shows your very points. Alexa

This bra fits very well and is comfortable. The wire does not dig into the breastbone as so many do. For those who prefer non-padded cups, it has just the right amount of lining. I have been testing this bra for 10 days now and would have given it five stars, except on my boyish chest, the cups don't give the breasts as much shape as the Natori Classic T-Shirt bra. This sheer mesh bra is far more comfortable and elegantly designed than the Natori T-Shirt bra, but you need to try it on under a tight knit turtleneck to see how it shapes the flatter chest size. I agree that the plastic tab in the middle is too long , it should be adjustable for those of us that need the cups to be closer together. I prefer the cups to have a push up inside. I love Natori bras and think they fit fantastic! I love this bra, but it does seem to run smaller than Natori's other bras (their demi bra is also smaller...). I usually wear a 32d, but am kind of between a 32d and 32dd in this size. I am opting for the larger, so I don't have the "spill-over" at the top of the cups. texasgirl from houston, texas

I wear a 30DD (not an easy size to find) so I was very pleased to see a plain bra w/o giant straps and seams everywhere. Unfortunately, this bras cups were not large enough to hold my breasts w/o the dreaded quadra-boob. I had to return it. I am disappointed that a bra company doesn't make a comfortable, plain bra that doesn't show through clothes and w/o enormous straps that limit the summer tops and camisoles I can wear. Did not like the fit of this bra at all. Seemed to squish my breasts to my chest and the cups were itchy. Seemed to flatten my chest. Definitely returning. j_oaktown from oakland

This bra has really scratchy material around the edges. It even left a bruise! Also, the cup seems to run a bit small. Overall everything else was fabulous. MiMi from Carson/CA

I purchased this bra for special occasion dresses so I love the smaller cup size which helps keep it hidden (I normally wear a 36DD). This bra is very comfortable and adaptable with the movable straps. Sandy from

I rated this bra three stars because the cup size seems to run small compared to other bras of this size. The tops of my breasts spilled over a little no matter how I shifted myself in the bra. Also, the cups where slightly scratchy - but I think they may soften with time. I kept this bra because Natori doesn't make a DD and I really needed a t-shirt bra and this one does prevent "head lights" while not overwhelming my small frame with huge cups and it seemed to fit fine around my rib cage. Very comfortable and flattering bra. Perfect fit. Holds up very well--cups don't get mushy after repeated washings. Jennie from

My bust is 2 sizes larger than my hips - this bra makes me feel more proportional! Submitted from TheUndies.com

I love it because you can wear it with everything, even your lowest cut shirts and blouses. Submitted from TheUndies.com

Fits perfectly, though runs one cup size small! order a size up! Hidden under everything and doesn't ride up your back, so it doesn't give back fat! Submitted from TheUndies.com
