5'4" 160 lbs Wear a size 12 or medium dress. Got this size XL. Fit perfectly. A large would have been too small. Runs small. I recommend. But recommend that you "size up".

This undergarment works well as a girdle to smooth out bulges but is so tight, it constricts blood flow; and, imo, only to be worn very briefly. Regular wear may help loosen it a little over time; I kept it for a special occasions only!

Please add more compression to the core area of this garment, similar to the Bali shapewear material. I love the high quality of the garment. I would order 10 more if it had just a touch more compression in the core area. Janette from Pewaukee/Wisconsin
