I LOVE this thong!! I recently had surgery and now have a permanent ostomy. This thong allows me to be very active in my life and make sure that my ostomy pouch stays in place without any discomfort. They're ok, better than bikini thongs. The only thing I don't like is they kind of roll up on the hips, which doesn't make them totally seamless looking
