Horrible quality, not stretching, the size L/XL is equal to small, the waist is equal to small. Cut the waist to fit and after that cut all and through in the garbage.
HerRoom Response: These are ribbed sweater tights - not stretch pantyhose. So you are correct that they are not overly stretchy. Sounds like you need the larger size. Our size chart on this product should also be consulted.
