I have worn this model for years and love the beauty of the bra, the fit and the fact it has double hooks and wish more of the MarieJo line had double hooks as the bra stays put. They are wonderful and feminine....other women love the work on the straps. Tricia from Santa Fe, NM

The edges of the fabric where the strap meets the cup are sharp. I had to file them to soften the seams. Also, because my shoulders droop, the straps kept sliding down. When set up for a criss-cross on the back, straps were too tight. I won't buy this again. Would be good to find a regular racer back bra. Jojo from NY

This bra fits perfectly, exceedingly well made and designed. I have 12-15 of them. If properly taken care of, they wear very well. Being small busted, this is the most comfortable and feminine bra I own. The new pink is a stunning summer color. I will be a longtime customer. Tricia from Santa Fe, NM USA

Marie Jo bras are my favorite. The fit is the best, the style is comfortable and very attractive. The Avero Convertible Bra is especially nice. The heart shape is the best style for me and this color is very pretty. I also like the three hooks in the back for good support. Tricia from Florence, SC, USA

I have one of these in a 30D that I purchased two years ago and I've really loved it. I wanted a new one in a nude color, and it has turned out to be much smaller than my old one, and not just because the old one stretched. Another style of Avero that I ordered at the same time still fits me perfectly in 30D -- I think the band for this convertible plunge style is just even stiffer elastic than for the other Avero styles, for some reason. I love Avero bras and have worn them for years and for some reason I haven't been able to find my favorite style in a size 30, so I had to settle for this one. It's a great bra, but my only complaint is the lack of coverage. I feel like this one doesn't contain my breasts as well as my other less "plungey" style I used to buy. Overall it's comfortable, though I wish the 30E had just two rows of hooks instead of 3. Suzanne from Boston, MA

I prefer the 0410 version of this bra because it provides more coverage than this one. I don't want to show cleavage and want my breasts more contained. Having said that, the 0410 does not come in size 30, so I decided to try this one instead of having the size 32 in the 0410 taken in. I've had it on for half a day now and so far so good. I don't feel like I'm falling out of it. It's very comfortable. I would have given it the full five stars except for the cleavage thing. Suzanne from Sherborn, MA

I have 5 of these bras. One problem I have with this bra, which I otherwise love, is that sometimes the straps come undone at very inconvenient times. If there were an un-convertible version, I would buy it in a minute. I am wondering if there is another style that is similar. I have having to find a bathroom, undress and reposition the straps. I tried this bra on in a local store and was pleasantly surprised. I agree with the other reviewers and think it is worth the price tag. I did not buy because they did not have a 30c. The 32b fit, but i like my band to be snug. It is beauitful and the cognac would be great under sheer shirts as i think it is a great skin color. The straps are versatile making the price tag well worth the investment. All in all, if your on the fence, go for it. I also have calvin kleins in (30d), natori in (32c), and la perla in 34b. Never did i think my size would change so much from manufacture to manufacture. cshopsalot from maryland

Great fit, no gaps or bunching. It really holds in place with the silicone (I think) along the inside of the straps. I think those are why it can seem a bit tight when you first put it on but it adjusts quickly and now it's my favorite. Pretty too. Sherry from Sewanee, TN

I wear a 30F in Fantasie bras. The 30E was so small in the band that I could barely get it hooked. I reordered in a 32E. The band was better but the cup was too small. Still, it looks like a well made bra. I'm done experimenting with it since its so expensive. Other brands are just as well made for less money.

HerRoom Response: According Marie Jo's European sizing you actually went down two sizes. You should have bought a G cup, however Marie Jo does not offer G cups so this isn't the right brand for you.

You may not know this, but many manufacturers call your cup size by other letters. For instance, some manufacturers refer to a DD as an E cup, a DDD as an F cup and so on. If you need help deciphering what your cup size is, please see our size conversion chart, which lists each brand's cup sizing guidelines: http://www.herroom.com/full-figure-bra-cup-sizing,905,30.html kathy

Extremely beautiful and invisible under clothes. It holds me up, gives a beautiful rounded shape, and my husband loves it too. What else can you ask? I gave it 4 stars because after 6 hours of wearing it the band feels a little tight. It is brand new though and I know it will stretch. Pricey but well worth the money. Georgia from San Clemente

I have 4 of these - love the fit and comfort. Only 4 stars because they do not hold up well to me. After about a year, the elastic band really seems loose. I use delicate cycle on front load European model washer and hang dry and alternate using the bras so they "rest". special soap and no softener. At this price you should get more than a year out of them with careful use and laundry. Sue from Raleigh, NC

Doesn't show through clothing, holds the girls up and fits true to size - all while looking stylish and very feminine. Worth every penny. I have 6 bras from Marie Jo and am extremely satisfied with the fit and craftsmanship and will continue to buy more.
