HerRoom Response: We have this type of product in many different fabrications. This item is made in nylon and spandex with a cotton crotch - no "chemical fabric." This particular slimmer is "extra firm" and to achieve that firmness, the product needs to fit snuggly. We are sorry it did not meet your expectations. Betty from Florida
