As stated, these only give moderate support. These are very slippery. Wore them under pants for smoothness but they made the pants slide all over. Was constantly repositioning the pants. Even tried them under jeans with the same result.

Very good quality, but I need to think about whether to keep it or not. I am 5' 10" and 183 lbs. I am long in the torso, which this does nost cover the way I would like. If only ithe waist line came up anothe inch and a half!!! Keep? Maybe.

These spandex are very comfortable and help prevent chafing under dresses/cool, breathable. Sizing is a bit generous. I typically wear a size 14, and likely would be better off in a L.
