I really miss the Maidenform microfiber boyshort with the thick lace around the top and none around the legs -- please bring those back (the new cotton version is very low quality, so those are also a no.) I tried these as a substitute, but they are awkwardly cut. The front needs to be cut lower/be shorter than the backside in order to be more flattering. These are so tall in the front that they wrinkle and appear to be too large even though the backside is perfect.

BEST UNDERWEAR EVER! No wedgies, no pantylines and they do not show when bending over. I am fuller-figured on my bottom half and these are just so comfortable. The material is so soft and lasts over many washings. I tried to find more in stores, but it seems they are very hard to find...but thanks to HerRoom, I just bought 7 new pairs and plan to fill my whole drawer full of more! These have a very comfortable cut and fabric and do not ride up on my full, muscular thighs and wide hips, but are low cut enough not to show under lower cut pants. The material is very slick so clothes glide over them easily. The lack of tight hem and soft fabric means no VPL. In addition to being well-priced and practical, the lacey edges mean these are also very pretty and feminine looking and not at all scratchy. I was a little disappointed and started to wonder if these were "seconds" as there were many loose threads where the panty liner part was sewn together. I'm afraid to cut them as the garment could start raveling.

Finally! I found a boyshort that fits my weird shape. I have wide hips (39") and my thighs are very muscular so boyshorts tend to curl up on them. Also, I have a problem with boyshorts creeping where I don't want them. (If I want a thong, I'll buy one!) But these Maidenform Hip Fit boyshorts do not creep. These are my all time favorite boy shorts! I have been buying and wearing this style for the past 4 years. My bottom type is actually Average Bottom and Full Thighs and they fit beautifully and are very flattering. Provided you purchase the right size they do not ride up and fit great. My hips are currently 40" and my waist is 29" and the Medium fits wonderfully. These only ride up on me at two occasions: 1. I lost weight and it's time for new ones. 2. I bought a pair of these over a year ago, and they are still in great condition and my favorite pair. I just purchased three more. They are so comfortable, no rolling of the leg or riding up at all, and the elastic lasts through dozens and dozens of washings. No stringy elastic pieces with these! I bought these boy shorts for a specific reason. I have trouble with latex that a lot briff panty's use. I tried these boy shorts (due to the ratings I read) to try to keep the elastic from between my legs. They stay put, do not ride up between my legs. They also do not roll up at legs or waiste band. I would never wear a thong unless there was no other choice. Have been wearing these for several years and they're my favorite. All other panties to the back of the drawer. Have been lucky enough to find, at one time, a pink and an aqua pair and would love to see more colors, INCLUDING NUDE! The tea staining idea I saw below is a good one as is a fabric dye if you are so inclined. My experience with dye, though, has been that you might not get all threads to take up the dye. Some synthetics just don't absorb it, but it's worth a try. Big bonus: I like the way they make my fanny look! I have very little to boast about and these are very cute on me.
