Really like this undergarment, sucks and tucks as it should. Only thing I would say is to loose the bra cup cushion- the little bubble of air at the bottom of the cup. Sorry, but if I have a DD, I don't need any extra enhancements included in my undergarments. Overall, great buy. Cristy

This garment is meant to overpower some of nature's more determined forces, so it is not a light, comfy thing. Also, you may need help getting into it due to the hook and loop fasteners down the back. If you live alone and don't have a personal dresser, don't buy this! On the other hand, if you can somehow get it fastened and turned around, it will give you a figure worthy of a form fitting little black dress. Shapewear should make you feel good. I'm not saying it should be comfortable (lets be real, here!), but it should make you feel pleased with the results once you get into it. Unfortunately, I ran into the same problem that several others have mentioned, where the torso seems inordinately short, with the underwire of the cups hitting somewhere around my solar plexus. I feel pretty certain it's because I'm an "apple" and too much material is used up getting over my tummy, so that there's just not enough left for the height. (For reference, I'm a smidge over 5'1" and generally wear a size 12 or 14.) In fairness, it would probably be great on people who... er... don't really need shapewear, or just want to look more toned or... something. This shaper runs a little short and the cups didn't provide enough support. It didn't give me the smooth look I wanted. Unlike other shapers, the bra is separate in the back and the split between the panty and bra leaves a strange line under clothes. I am usually a 34DDD/E but that size was not available and I purchased a 36DD. The fit is perfect for my tummy but the cup size is too big. I also find that the padding is too thick. but it gives a comfortable fit and the material and design causes it to go on and take off easily. Also, the color latte was too light to work as a nude for me, I am tanned in complexion. Had to return the item. I always wear 36C in Flexees, but could not close the hooks on this one. Besides, it was heavy and shaped wrong for me.

This is a great item but unfortunately it does not fit me correctly because my torso is too long. The clasp in the back is hard to do up by yourself but it is possible to do it up by yourself. As for my torso problem, I have the same problem with swimming suits. The clasp was a little uncomfortable at first because it is in a different area than I am used to. For someone with the correct size torso to fit this item it would be perfect. I'm slightly overweight and you can barely tell with this item. I wish more companies would make items like this for people with a longer torso. It's almost swim suit season and I will have to find a swim suit that will accommodate my longer torso. I hope HerRoom has something that will work. Overall, I love the site. I have bought nightgowns and shapewear and have no complaints. Additionally, the customer service is great. I like the item but you have to have someone help you with the back closure. So, plan on an assistant to help you. The leg openings curl up a little but not a lot. They aren't tight but they curl. It stays up well and supports well when correctly fastened etc. MM from United States

I haven't worn this at an actual event yet, but have worn it during 3 appointments to try on wedding gowns. I feel much more comfortable in this body briefer while getting into dresses in front of salespeople than in the long form bra and my underwear. The excellent coverage over my butt and upper leg was hugely important for trying on drop waist gowns. The front and back were hidden in almost every gown, most of which were strapless sweetheart corset-back. I had no problems with the nude color being visible somehow beneath the gowns. It feels just like a bathing suit and is comfortable to sit in. There is excellent support (and full coverage) for my chest. I usually wear a 34/36 DD/DDD/E bra and this body briefer is true to size. I am quite overweight (size 16), and this tucks everything in and smooths my shape. It doesn't really reduce the way a corset would, but it is much more comfortable under dresses. It takes me a little while to get into it. I pull it up from the bottom, snap underneath, then pull up to get the cups in the right position and do the back snaps. I am using the largest size snaps now. I think that this will still fit if I manage to get down to a 12/14 because of the wide range of the snaps and the flex of the fabric. Overall, this is an excellent undergarment for formal dress and gown use. I am very happy with my purchase and find this to be superior to the options available at the bridal shops I have seen. HerRoom shipped this item extremely quickly. I submitted my order on Tuesday at 10 pm, got the shipping notice on Wednesday at 5 pm, and it arrived in WA on Friday at 10:30am. Extremely pleased with the fit and quality of this garment. My only contention is that the back panel is not easily hooked and needs the assistance of a second party. Since I will be wearing this garment under a bridal gown, I expect to have plenty of assistance with that. I am very happy with the purchase. I'm not overweight but wanted some smoothing under a formal strapless dress. I only specify that I'm not overweight because control garments sometimes aren't small enough to provide control because I have a LARGE torso--once I find a size that's big enough for my bone structure, it sometimes doesn't help much. Not the case for this one! I am not at all busty and usually wear a minimal bra. Since I have a wide chest, I decided to go one size up in the cup. Usually I will wear a 38 or 36B bra without underwires. I ordered a 36C in this garment. It takes some work getting on, but once it's on it provides firm control, good coverage of my chest and an overall comfortable feel. It doesn't ride up and does just what I need it to. Well it fits comfortably but i have one major issue. The liner by the brief (elastic) area tends to press into my skin and it doesn't feels tight or anything but it shows through my clothes especially when i wear pants.

This style (strapless bodysuit) is very difficult to find. It is made well with firm control for a flatter belly. I will be wearing this under a muumuu for hula. The muumuu is very slim fitting and this Firm Control Bodybriefer takes care of my problem areas. I would certainly not want to wear it on the airplane, or for a show at the theatre, but it is comfortable enough to wear to stop by at a lounge for a cocktail. Donna

Pros: Strapless, this item held me up perfectly. That is the most important thing for me. It is hard enough trying to find something my size, holds me up, and holds in the rest. It can be strapless! Cons: This product wasn't long enough for me. Even after adjusting the bottom to as long as it would go, because of the short length of the product, it no longer help to hold me up and in as it had before. Really disappointed me. Adelle from AZ

Item looked great but fit was not what I wanted. The back fastening area did not fit the way I was wanting. The one I was replacing the back was more connected to the top of the bra cup; this one angled more down resulting in bulge over the top of the back.
