This really helps my posture and holds my stomach in...which is good for your back as you get older. I can wear for most of the day, then seems tight in the upper part that is where your bra is....but not too bad.

After measuring me, this item ended up tighter than expected. I had a hard time getting it around my curves. I bought it for a hernia, but it may be too tight to wear daily. I recommend sizing it up. Also, it's quite hot, causing sweat concerns.
