While I haven't had the chance to try wearing this under clothing, the style makes it obvious that this is more of "play" underwear than something to wear as an everyday item. Regardless, with the side ties it's very easy to adjust to fit without slipping and take off when you want it off. A worthwhile investment if it's exactly what your partner always wanted to see you in (I know mine was thrilled!)
