This is exactly what I was looking for. It has a slight slimming effect without being tight and it's great for those of us whose upper legs touch slightly. It makes skirts and dresses more comfortable in hot weather. Also it is well made and the lace is very nice.

The length and width of the legs was to size, but the the waist was too large and therefore baggy. I think four inches should have been taken out in order to give it the same 'hug' as the legs. I wear a standard size 14.
