I’m reluctant to give this bra a mediocre review, as it’s so pretty, but the shape is pretty extreme! I bought my typical UK size - 32FF/D5 - and found that while the band was comfortable, the underwire reached nearly all the way to my back, and that’s not an exaggeration. Meanwhile, in the front, the space between the cups is quite large, and I had a decent amount of DBS/nip slip potential suggesting that the cup was at least a size too small for me. So, I'm usually a 32F and ordered this in a 34E and 34F. The band isn't adjustable so I figured it would be more comfortable to wear on the larger side for that-- and I was right. I originally ordered the black in F, but it seemed like the cups were too long, so then I ordered the red in an E and it does fit my bust better. Both work, and I'll happily wear both, but the smaller cup works better for my shape. Basically, I'd recommend ordering your sister size: down in cup and up in band. Okay, with that out of the way-- I love this bralette! I feel so cute and sexy and supported. There's no padding, which I love, so it looks casual. The lace would probably show through a thin t-shirt, but that doesn't bother me too much honestly. It looks cute under a plunging dress or under a sweatshirt. Sometimes the thick band does bunch up when I'm sitting down, but you can't really tell, and it doesn't hurt or dig in, so it doesn't bother me too much-- I just straighten it out when I stand up. The bra is very beautiful and comfortable. I needed a bra with a lower neckline as it’s very difficult to find plunging necklines in my size, and this one certainly has that! The underwire for the cups in the bra is very far apart though, and while that doesn’t cause a fit issue for me personally, I was hoping that a front-close bra would push my girls together a bit more. Additionally, I wish there were multiple clasps for when the lace inevitably starts to stretch and I need to tighten it. I'm keeping it because I'm planning on losing weight anyway and with less tissue I think my breasts would settle better in the cups. I bought both the black and the pink and love them both. However, the pink stretchy lace seems to behave differently than the black stretchy lace that covers the cups. I absolutely love this bra. It's not a true bralette because it has hook and eye closures in the front making it easy to put on.
