wore it for my wedding years ago, and it still works great under strapless dresses! It is great that is doesn't do the slipping down like other bras. Great for large busts like mine. Submitted from TheUndies.com

This is the size bra I normally wear, but these were way too small, couldn't even get it around me. There should be something that lets you know that these run very small. I have sent an email to customer service, but haven't heard anything back from them

Goddess Response: Because of the light boning (which helps to support the breasts, and shapes the torso) Tomima does recommend going up a band size and down a cup size in this style. If you’re thicker through the middle or have a bit of a tummy, go up 2 band sizes and down 2 cup sizes. tammy from wood river, il United States

I purchased this bra to wear for my wedding coming up in May. I measured myself using the instructions provided, and it was way too big. It fit around and was very comfortable, but the cup size was enormous. I usually wear a DD but the instructions told me to order an F. I am sending it back to get a DD and see how that fits. I could have fit both of my breasts in one of the cups. Way too big there. Sarah from Dundalk MD, United States

I read most of the reviews before buying this bra. As a woman who has a regular bra size of 44F I know how difficult it is to buy a bra. I took the advise of many of the reviewers and went up 2 sizes on the band and down in cup. I needed this bra on short notice, and would not have time to return/exchange it. I tried it on and fit perfect, never has this happened before. I am really excited to be able to wear some of my dresses and tops that I was unable to wear without bra straps showing. I had almost given up on finding a strapless or convertible bra for a larger bust woman like myself. I will be ordering more from this site. Jen from Casa Grande/AZ

I took the advice of the seller for women who have a larger tummy and order this item a few sizes larger and it fits perfectly. Shawnda from Bourbonnais, IL USA

this definitely held me up AND helped my posture. It stayed in place without sliding down like most normal strapless bras do. I ordered a size big on the "around" based on other reviews and while it was tight when it first went on, it supported without being uncomfortable. I recommend! My only complaint is that is gives you "cone boobs", but under some items of clothing, it doesn't really matter. Sherri from Gatesville, TX USA

This item ran small and I had to return and order a larger size, but once I did that, the fit was very good and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this bra if you need a strapless. It also comes with straps if you need them. Melanie from Phoenix, AZ

I was having a really difficult time finding a strapless bra to wear under my wedding dress as most strapless bras do not have enough support for larger busted women. I saw this on your website and decided to give it a try, and I am glad that I did! Although there was some slight buckling in the middle front (I have a very small waist), this was the best support I found and am pleased with the product. amy from arlington/virginia/USA

Although by size is a DD, this garments cups were just a little too big, but not enough to take a chance on the smaller size. The support and lift is great. It should work out fine for my strapless bridesmaid dress. Natalie from California

I'm 5'8" - so close to the tall category. this bra is awesome and comfy! Not as hot as others. I didn't find itching to be a problem. I wish it came a little higher upt to pull in some back fat... but then again - this style will fit with nearly any strapless style! Thank you for a great product for those of us who aren't tiny! I can't believe there is a strapless bra that supports my 38F's!!! It feels really refreshing and freeing to wear a strapless bra with no hesitation of anything falling out of the top or sides of my blouse/dress. I can do jumping jacks in this thing!!! I will be a lifelong customers. Thanks HerRoom for thinking of a true fullsize cup!!! Sharon from Baltimore, MD, US

This bra may be the only way I can rock a strapless dress (always a bridesmaid!) so I am glad I got it. I definitely feel secure in it. My one complaint is the cups are pointy, even under clothes. Good thing I can sew and a few well placed stitches did the trick! Katharine from RI

Both products I ordered were of high quality but I had to return them for one size and cup larger. The "Oprah" bra looked great but was far far too tight. I usually order a 44DDD but with this bra I had to order a 46G Annie from Trabuco, CA

This was the very first STRAPLESS bra that I have bought and it actually fit! Great Support, and quite comfortable. The band does run a bit small...but I made it work(it actually gave me a more 'Hour Glass' figure. Loved It!! Highly Recommend! Tam from Milwaukee

Needed a strapless bra to go under a bridesmaid dress. I ordered the 36FF and 38F. My measurements matched up with the 36FF, my normal size is 36DDDD. I ordered the larger size also after reading the recommendations, just to be sure one would fit. I received the bras yesterday and tried both on, the 36FF fits really well and is very supportive. I wish I would have had this when I got married!! The only thing I would say is that the bridesmaid dress is cut low in the front, and you can see glimpses of the white lace top of the bra. I am going to the alteration shop tonight to see what she can do to the dress to make sure the bra is covered. Great product though, so excited to finally have bra to wear under dresses that require a strapless! Dai from FL

At first I ordered a 40 FF because that is close to my normal bra size, but I wouldn't even hook closed. When I ordered the 44, it fit my torso but there was very little support for my breasts. The cup was very long and it did not shape as I would have liked. I returned it because it's not worth the money if you don't love it. It is very pretty, but I think because of my frame (small band, I'm usually a 38, with large bust) it just didn't work well for me. Shipping and exchange were all very nicely done and fast. Will do business with you in the future, I hope!

Goddess Response: It sounds as if the cup is too big for you. When you go up in the band you must go down in the cup –so suggest you try a 44DD in this style. Christina from Whitewater, WI, USA

My bra size is normally 36DDD, but I ordered a smaller cup size per your recommendation. The cup size worked fine. However, "the light boning for support" under the cups were not long enough causing the cup to fold over. I returned the item. Janet from Houston, TX

Runs small - had to return, unfortunately as I was hoping to use this under my wedding dress.

Goddess Response: The Tomima Tip for this particular style is to go up one, or sometimes two band sizes, and then down one or even two cup sizes. You might try a 46DD or perhaps a 48D, depending on how small you feel the 44-band is… You can make this style work! Kat from Boston, MA USA

The Goddess was very uncomfortable and made me itch. I sent it back and will look for a softer fabric.

Goddess Response: We’ve designed this “special occasion” bustier for the ultimate in shaping and support, using light boning in the cups and body of the bustier, and we’ve used a rigid lace for superior support and control. The lace will soften over time and with each wash (I’ve found fabric softener helps too). You might want to “cross over” to our sister brand Elomi. Elomi offers several bustier choices: Look for Elomi 8202 , a frothy lace basque with a luxurious feel… or if you fancy something smooth and functional, take a peek at Elomi1231, a bustier with molded cups for a streamlined seam-free look.
