This is the only sports bra I buy. I use it for running and Crossfit-style workouts. It provides good separation and lift, does a decent job hiding the headlights, and minimizes movement. It does, unfortunately, have seaming across the cup which is visible through shirts, but since the shoulder straps are also visible at the neckline (I only wear it with the back J-hook fastened), I figure it's a wash. It was good at first, but the band seam unraveled after one wash.

Freya Response: All bras, including sports bras, must be washed carefully to prevent unnecessary wear and tear. If machine washing, always remember to use a mesh bag and hook the band to avoid snags. Freya sports bras have ZERO BOUNCE CONTROL! It is no more support than wearing a normal underwire bra. I wear a 28HH in Freya, Curvy Kate and Panache. But all three of these companies sports bras SUCK in 28HH! What works for me is layering 2 bra styles from Shock Absorber the Multi-sport in 30HH and the Run Bra in 32 G. That is my holy grail no bounce run 4+ hour sports bra combination!

Freya Response: If you are normally a 28HH in regular bras your sister size would be a 30H. Being in a cup size too big could be what is causing the bounce. I've always purchased Freya sports bras, but they discontinued the 2 styles I liked. This bra seemed very supportive when I tried it on. However, as my workout progressed and I sweated more, this became less supportive, and I was bouncing everywhere. The foam stretches out when wet (whereas my other Freya's were three seam cups with no padding and thus no stretching out). Really disappointing.
