Freya Response: Keep in mind that all brands size differently after a D cup. Check out HerRoom's brand conversion chart on the Bra Cup Fitting Guide.

Freya Response: It sounds like you need a bra with more centered straps. Elomi is our sister brand which has many great options. Mitzi EL4290 would be a great start, which is a mid-coverage bra with straps that are more centered and features a J-hook for converting to racerback.

HerRoom Response: You might consider trying Hero AA1841 because it has less coverage and a less wide frame.
Murphyallen from CT
Freya Response: We suggest lengthening your straps so the hardware won't press so firmly against your skin. We also recommend trying Pulse AA1991 which is the same shape as Rio but is also plunge and does not have hardware on the straps.

Freya Response: For a less projected look may I suggest Freya’s Hero AA1841 UW Side Support Plunge Bra– multipart, underwire cups support breasts for an even, smooth, rounded shape. Hero is designed with ease of fit on neck edge. If you are finding that you are too projected in the 30FF size, I would suggest going up a cup – 30G.

Alexis from Shawnee
The cups are too big for you in an F cup. If you need to go down one cup size try the 30E and if you need to go down 2 cup sizes then try the 30DD.
Liss from Salt Lake City, Utah
It sounds like the cup is too small, we suggest you try a 32GG in this bra.
