This is simple bra with a classic look, which is exactly what I like. Unfortunately, the cups were too large. I did scale down a cup size, as recommended on the website, but there was still a good bit of gapping under my arms. Afriend

I purchased this same bra in a boutique and fell in love with it. Thankful I found it here because I cant visit the boutique anymore. Customer service was perfect. I had to return the original bra because the size on the site was Australian and I did not know that. Pam from Margate, FL USA

Customer service was very helpful with finding the right size for me. The information on size and shape is great. It answered many of the questions I had on what to look for in a great fitting bra. Jean from Wisconsin

My favorite bra that I have worn for years is Freya Active 4002, and I was really excited to finally get to try Freya Idol, which has been recommended to me multiple times for my wide, shallow, shape. Unfortunately, this bra did not fit my shape; it was not shallow enough, and the molded cups were too stiff to mold to me. I usually wear 32GG (Elomi Tia) or 34G (Freya 4002), occasionally 32H (Panache Elan, some Curvy Kates), and I tried 32G and 32GG in this bra because I read that it runs large in the cup. The wires were most comfortable in the 32GG, but I had mild quadboob in the 32G and lots of gapping in the 32GG. I rated it 3 stars because I still think it would fit many people with a relatively shallow shape, and I think the stiffness would improve with washing.

Freya Response: If you feel that Idol was not quite right for you, consider trying a bra from Fantasie, our sister brand. Rebecca Lace FL9421 features more flexible cups that will help you find a more custom fit. Michelle from California

Great support, natural shape, washes well. This one can get uncomfortable after 10 hours or so. Judith from Grand Junction CO

I love this bra. It isn't a 'make me feel sexy' bra, but it does provide full coverage to keep everything in place. I ordered a 30F (in Freya size, 4D Universal), which is my typical size and it fits great. The cups are molded, and there is some denting depending on my posture, but it isn't noticeable and isn't always there (especially when I'm menstruating). I'm very happy with he purchase. I got the wrong size on the first order, HerRoom goes by UK size not US. The 1st order was too small and I had to return it and pay return charges. This type of shopping is extremely frustrating. My US size is 32L which cannot be found in stores. The UK 32HH-US 32L bra fit good but the underwire came up close to my armpits. I got a rash on both sides of underarms. Unfortunately this problem could be simply because of my breast size (no implants). I believe this bra would be nice for smaller breasted women. Judy from 89508

I'm learning that the more full-figured 32D bras are not for me -- maybe there are women out there with more voluminous 32Ds! I think maybe 32C would have fit better but I've decided to look for a different style (lower cut) bra.

HerRoom Response: This is a very full coverage bra. If you are on the smaller end of your size we suggest going down a cup. You also might like Muse AA1901 which is made out of spacer and has a nice plunge front. Rachel from New Mexico, USA

When I use my 'normal', slouchy posture, it looks like I don't fill the cups, with gaps at the top. When I use my best posture, it fits perfectly. I'm very impressed with the strap adjustments: there's no limit. I'm looking forward to no hemlines across my bosom. SAM from Boston

Got pregnant and my boobs increased, couldn't find a bra to hold the heavy girls up. This bra came in handy and I love it. It's my exact fit and lifts the girls up. Would highly recommend Sucxy from California

This is a really nice bra. It's lightly lined, unlike most unlined bras in larger sizes, so this may be a plus. Some of the edges of the straps feel...sharp and can be irritating over time. The bra offers medium support, but the band deteriorates over time, fairly rapidly. Great t-shirt bra for women with larger breasts who want a padded, standard bra; but this is not necessarily an everyday bra Angie from Wisconsin

Beautiful bra, great support and shaping. This provides nice coverage; I use it as an everyday bra. Freya is my go to brand for the size I need. At the website's recommendation, I sized down a cup but had to return that size and go with my usual Freya size. The band is a bit smaller than I expected so I have to wear it on the loosest setting right now, but it will likely stretch out over time anyway. B from Fort Mill, SC

This bra fits so well! I had despaired of ever finding a) a bra in my size (not common in stores) and b) that fit well and didn't impale my ribs. This bra makes me feel lifted and supported but with comfort. It's also thick enough (without being bulky) that I think wearing thinner shirts will be just fine, despite living in a cold climate. So excited to have found this bra! Andrea from USA

This bra has no push-up effect, and your breasts look much smaller in it comparing with other bra, which might be good or bad depending on what you want. This bra is truly invisible under T-shirts, that's why I like it. happlem from US

Oh Idol I wish I could give you 5 stars! This bra is like a blind date with your dream man, only to find out he has a face for radio and chronic halitosis! This bra is everything I was looking for. Perfect size, coverage, even separation of the breasts. Amazing! I have it in nude. Perhaps a different color would change my opinion of it. But for now, it's the ugly step-sister in my closet Leah from Canada

I have several of this bra because it works so well for me. It fits my 5 foot 11" height well without pinching under the arms, it offers great support, and with careful laundering it lasts well. I am pleased with the color choices. wlwdvm from washington dc

This Freya Idol bra is possibly one of my all time favorite bras. It keeps everything front and center making things appear round and firm-ish for my 50+ self. I've worn a 30 band all of my life and this is a perfect 30. The cups are also perfectly in line with my normal GG English size. (USA J). Moira from 92683

Freya deco is my go-to for sizing and every day. Got this in 30G and cups definitely run large in comparison. Cute and well constructed though, and band felt true to size.

Freya Response: Thank you for your feedback, HerRoom currently has a tip suggesting you size down a cup in this bra. Heather from TX

This bra has excellent all day support, and is smooth under all clothes. It packs well when traveling, and launders well also. It is so comfortable that I have purchased several, and in all three colors. wlwdvm from washington dc

This is a cute bra, but the cut is much higher than I expected (for reference, my Panache encapsulation sports bra has the same coverage at 36H.) Other than the cut, though, there is a lot of fabric on the sides, so much that it bunches up underneath my armpits. I imagine if you have a longer torso it fits just fine, but chances are if you are about 5'4" or under and a 36H, it won't fit. But it does look well constructed, and definitely feels smooth enough to not catch on shirts. If you're taller, give it a shot, especially if you need more hold on the sides. Oranges from Kentucky

I had to play with the straps a while to get a good fit, but once I did it was great (minus the cup being a little small on me)! I plan on buying it again with a larger band size to see that makes a difference. Renee from Washington, DC
