I'm kicking myself for not trying this bra when more colors were available in my size. I ordered the ruby color and it's gorgeous. I considered ordering one band size down, based on other comments/advice, but there weren't any 34GG available. That's fine though, because I'm about 37" around and the 36G band fits me well on the last hook. If you're between band sizes like me, get the smaller band. This bra gives more coverage than other Fauve balcony bras I own. The center front on mine is 3". Normally, a center that tall would dig into me, but that doesn't happen with this bra. The underwires are higher on the sides than those on my other Fauve bras, but they don't stab my armpits. I thought the trim along the straps might drive me nuts after a few hours, but that never happened. The cups are very comfortable, the band is very supportive, and I'm in love with the shape and lift this bra gives me. I almost can't believe this seemingly dainty bra has kept my chest lifted so high all day. I feel comfortably locked and loaded in this bra. Did I mention I wish I'd bought one in blue when it was available in my size? Robin from Chicago IL, USA

First, the look of this bra is Stunning!!! I tried this on recently and found a 30 band to be more like a 32 or even 34, I could hardly believe it was so stretchy! I wonder if it was an irregular item but would rather hear direct from Fauve about the size run before tossing $100+ in for the set, only to return it. I am a 30FF in this brand so if I must size-down to 28 I fear I might not be able to go up much in the cup as I have never owned nor tried on any 'large' 28s in any brand. Bottom line: Confused.

Fauve Response: SA thank you for your very helpful comments about these fabulous new Fall Fauve styles. Yes, there are reports that the bands are running a little generous, by half a band size to a full band size. We shall be advising our customers to try going down a band size. Unfortunately this style starts at a 30-band, so if you’re normally a 30FF you might try our Emmanuelle group (0091 or 0092), which run truer to size. SA, thank you again for your feedback!
