It was well made, not flimsy, with “stand alone cups”. I have a longline Goddess that I was hoping to upgrade but this one didn’t offer the same support. This one just didn’t work for me.

HerRoom Response: This is not a longline bra. A strapless and a longline have 2 very different fits. jww from Waltham MA

This fit fairly snug, but it actually stayed up! This is the first strapless bra I’ve ever had for my size that I didn’t need to worry about it ending up around my waist. Because of the tightness, it’s not the most comfortable thing in the world, but I will deal with that to have a strapless bra that stays up and supports Kirsten from Raleigh, NC

I am a 36D6 Universal cup size. the band was a bit snug around, and didn't give me the lift I needed. With strapless, I realize this can be difficult. It does have the gripper strips, but couldn't get the bra adjusted to sit where I needed it to. Cups also gave an egg carton shape.

Fantasie Response: The Fantasie Smoothing Seamless strapless bra offers structured support for your strapless wardrobe needs. Its cups tend to run a bit deep, so we recommend sizing down to a 36FF for a better fit. The firm band is your main source of lift, so utilizing bra extenders while the bra breaks in will give you some wiggle room without jeopardizing the fit of you band! Sammie from NC

I am looking for a strapless bra that is not so padded in the cups.

Fantasie Response: If you are looking for a strapless bra with less padding, then we suggest trying a style from our sister brand, Goddess. The Adelaide Underwire Strapless Bra (GD6663) features boned cups for lift and hold, as well as three section cups with no padding. Please note that Goddess uses US sizing, so you would need to order a 38DDD in this style. Deborah from Concord California

Uncomfortable. Feels like the underwire is on top of my stomach. Smaller cup size might be better? Also, did a lot of tugging to put back into place. Not good.

Fantasie Response: It sounds like the band is too big for you if it’s sliding down to your tummy. We recommend trying a 34E and make sure you’re scooping into the bra properly. Here is a video on How To Put on a Bra, this changes the fit and feel of wearing your bra. Michelle from Worcester, MA

I am very impressed with this bra so far. I always wanted (and desperately needed) a strapless bra but figured that because of my bust size, they weren't for me. That was until I came upon HerRoom and this bra in particular. I haven't had a chance to wear it out yet, but it fits great minus a tiny bit of spillage on the sides and stays up like a dream. I did order it a cup size smaller given the recommendations to do so, and I'm very pleased! Janae from Chapel Hill, NC, USA

This bra is great!! I have always hated strapless bras because I could never find one to fit right and stay up - this bra is great - after reading ALL of the reviews, I decided to buy this one. I did listen to the reviews and bought a size down - typically I'm a 38F, but bought a 38E and I'm glad I did, the cups are perfect! Love this bra! Megan from Ohio

This is by far the BEST strapless bra I've ever tried!!! I am petite, but pretty busty so it's difficult to find a strapless bra with a band small enough to stay up, and with cups large enough to hold up the boobs without sagging. This bra does both, and does it beyond any expectations I had hoped for! I have this same bra (#4510) with straps, and love how it fits and makes me look. Considering that, I thought I'd try their strapless. I'm so glad I did! Finally! I can now wear outfits with cut away shoulders and/or strapless tops and dresses without worrying about my bra falling down or looking like I should be wearing a bra (when I am!). I'll never be without this bra again! I can now go to my niece's wedding wearing a strapless dress without worrying about spilling out of my bra, or worse yet having it fit so poorly that it looks like I need to put a bra on! Once again, Fantasie does not disappoint! If you need a strapless bra, this is the one to get! Bonnie from Conklin, NY USA

I usually wear a 36DD and followed the recommendations and ordered a 36D but the cup size was too big and so I returned it. The Bra looked like it was well made though, may try again.

Fantasie Response: FL4530 is truly a superior strapless bra, it provides unsurpassed stability and support - provided you wear it in the correct size. Perhaps you didn't "swoop and scoop" (adjust your breast tissue) into the cups properly. Adjusting your breasts into the cups, completely changes the fit of the bra, and more importantly, it changes how the bra feels. I'd give this bra another try - I have a feeling the 36D will fit you perfectly if you adjust your breasts into the cups. Please refer to Tomima’s Fit Guide to help you. Deborah from Rowlett

I'm well qualified to review this bra since I danced all evening at my daughters wedding in it. It never moved and I never gave it a thought during the 7 hours I wore it. It fit well and gave me a nice shape. The grippers make it hard to fasten in front at the waist and then twist it around so I suggest having someone hook it tightly for you. There is no substitute for straps for holding up large breasts but my dress was fitted around the rib cage so my breasts did not sag. This bra was true to size. Connie from AL

Love this bra... first strapless I've ever had that I don't tug at. I got confused after the reviews & ordered a size up - both in cup & strap & it fits okay on the tightest hooks, but I definitely could have worn my true size which is 38D. I'll be getting another color for sure! It's really comfy & flattering. Amy from Bowling Green, KY

I have struggled to find a strapless bra that provides a little lift and full coverage support. This one fits the bill, but I think I should have ordered a cup size smaller because it bows outward, which isn't very attractive (or comfortable). Either my sizing is wrong, or I need a bra with better support along the outer edges.

Fantasie Response: FL4530, Underwired Moulded Strapless, is an amazing strapless bra! It can run fuller in the cups when comparing to other Fantasie styles. Most women also want a nice sweetheart neckline when wearing a strapless, in which case I always recommend going down a cup. As far as support, all 100% of the support must come from the band. If the strapless bra is not snug enough, then you should also go down in the band. You should never feel like you are ‘coming out’ or have to ‘pull yourself up’ every time you move Hilary

This bra changed my mind about strapless bras. It stays up fairly well, and gives me enough support to feel confident in strapless or spaghetti strap dresses. Nothing will ever fit as well as a bra with straps, in my opinion, but this comes pretty dang close. I have this bra in two sizes, my normal 38F and one cup size down in 38E. The smaller cup size definitely fit better, per the fit recommendations. Sara from CA

I am a small girl with a big chest (32 dd-ddd)..It has always been so hard for me to find a bra that holds me up and holds me in, without spillage of any kind..Until now! I have finally found my dream bra. This bra doesn't move on me at all. It holds me up and in, with or without the straps. I decided on going with the 32 E because there was not a DDD, and it fits perfectly. Ladies, you will not be disappointed with this bra! My mom is even excited now to buy one! Thank you HerRoom! I ordered a size smaller because as I read there were largers cups in these bras. The bra does not give much if any support and I am very dissatisfied. The cups are very weak if you have any kind of larger breasts.

Fantasie Response: The 4530, Moulded Strapless is an amazing strapless bra in the proper fit! The cups can run fuller when comparing to other bras in the line. The most important aspect of any bra fit, especially a strapless, is the snug band. I would recommend trying a 34D. The band should not move at all, and you should not feel like you have to “pull it up." Jessica from Michigan

I have bought many, many expensive strapless bras over the years and they all need to be tugged up a million times and fall throughout the day. Even though I read other comments that said this bra runs small, I was hesitant to order a size larger since I needed it for an event in just a few days. As a result, I ordered the same size (30G) that I wear in the regular Fantasie Smoothing Bra, thinking it would be fine since it's the same manufacturer. It wasn't! I barely got the bra on, and definitely couldn't have clasped it without my husband's help! I recommend ordering one band size up from your normal size; the cup size was fine. Definitely a good idea to consider going down a cup size - I'm usually a 30F and the 32E fits perfectly. Stays up for an average day of wear, though after a long night at a friend's wedding, it was starting to slip and I found myself pulling it up. However, for a strapless bra for my larger bust size, it's a very good purchase. Sarah from New York, NY

I never thought I would find a strapless bra that actually works. I can jump up and down in it and it stays in place. It doesn't give a lot of push-up power, but I'm not fond of having cleavage up to my neck, so that's fine. It's also shockingly comfortable-- very smooth on the skin and doesn't pull on my back. A win overall. Cat from USA

When I first tried on this bra it seemed as though it wasn't the right size. I almost sent it back to re-size. But, I tried it on one more time and it fit perfectly! Great support with and without removable straps. I advise everyone to feel their bras out and don't be quick to say it doesn't fit. This one is perfect and I am very well pleased! I agree with some other buyers that the cup size on this bra runs large. I am always at least a B cup and the B cups were too large. They weren't even touching my skin. I sent it back to exchange for an A cup. I hope it works b/c I love everything else about the bra. Stays up well and minimal padding. Just molded enough to NOT show the nipples. I don't want any extra padding. Christy from Memphis

This is the best strapless bra I've found! I normally wear a 32g but i went up in the band size and it fits snugly. The cups and smooth and not huge (so they dont show or bulge out of my tops) It fits tightly on my after 5 minutes of wear but i think a 36G would have been a little too loose. It has to be tight to support my girls, that kind of goes with being so large busted with a small frame. I would recommend this to anyone over DD size Lilly from CA

I have never owned a strapless bra that fit. I repeat, NEVER! This bra fits! Not only does it fit... it supports! It gives my breasts a great shape! It stays in place! I wear an extremely unusual size (very small waist, very large bust) and bra shopping is a nightmare. If you're a well endowed woman on the hunt for a strapless bra, give this one a try! I think it runs true to size. My only "possible" complaint is that it's not quite comfortable enough to be an everyday bra. It would be perfect for special occasions but it's built to hold everything in place without straps and can start to feel like it's made of steel after a long day on wearing it! I've yet to find a strapless bra that I can wear!! I really hoped this bra would work! The main complaint is that the bra pushed 'the girls' too far apart (almost pushing them under my arms)! The support was better than other strapless that I have tried, but it was still severely lacking.

AMAZING. At my size, I never imagined I could find a strapless bra with reasonable support, but this one is just as or more supportive than any of my regular bras. I actually JOGGED a couple of blocks in it once and it DID NOT MOVE. The only caution I would give is that I'm normally a 34G/D6 and I have to get this one in FF. I'm not that full on the top, so that might make a difference for some. Eva from Texas

I think this bra is going to be "one of the greats" as it has excellent support -which is hard to find in larger cup sizes. I even jumped around and wiggled a bit with it on (no straps) and it stayed in place for the most part. Like the previous reviewer I did not notice a difference in the level of support when I had the straps on and when I took them off.Great coverage as well. I ordered two sizes when I bought this bra (1) a cup size smaller per heroom's advice and (1) in my normal cup size. I ended up going with my normal cup size. I felt that the smaller cups created to much boob bulge for my liking BUT some folks may be looking for that. Overall I am happy with the shape, the fit, and the styling. Please note this bra is not convertible to a halter style bra. Also, per the label, this bra contains silicon so if you are allergic this may not be the bra for you (I suspect the silicon is in the grip strips that help keep the bra up). Felicia from USA

I just purchased this bra, and bought it for the great reviews. I hardly believed people who said that it held up as well as a strapped bra, but I was surprised to see those results on me. I even attached the strap while wearing it and it did not change the position of the bra. I do not like any padding at all and while people said it did not add to their size, I do feel that for my taste, it did make me look slightly fuller. I also like the fact that it doesn't feel like my breasts are resting Submitted from TheUndies.com

I was really disappointed with this bra. I like the extra coverage on the cup area, but I had hoped that the upper part of the cup would be snug enough to provide me with support, since I'm a 32F and I definitely fill out the cup. I've only ever found that support in a strapless bra by Prima Donna, so I've learned my lesson. I'll stick to Fantasie bras with straps and use Prima Donna for strapless.

I bought 8 different bras in one order and this is the one that I kept. It has rubbery seams that help it grip (you don't notice once its on) and I think that is what makes it better than the others. Believe it or not, I'm in my 50s and this is the first strapless bra I have ever owned. I'd heard that they are terribly uncomfortable and so had avoided them all my life. I ordered this one to wear with a great blouse I had bought and I've been really pleased with how comfortable the bra is. I bought a 40D but decided that a 40C would probably hold my "girls" up better so I ordered one. I'll give the 40D to my voluptuous, gorgeous daughter. :) Donna from Knoxville, TN

This is actually the second one of these purchased for my teenage daughter. She normally wears a 32FF, but 32F in this bra still has a slight amount of extra room at the bottom of the cup. She was thrilled to find a strapless bra that stays up without the straps! This is actually her preferred bra of choice right now, as it fits well and hides cleavage better than most due to the design of being strapless and more straight across the top without a plunge. I think that this bra is a great option for those girls out there who have big girls! It supports them and makes them round (which is a perk)! I also am a 36E in the swimwear and other bras by Fantasie. However, I did find the cups to be a bit roomier in this bra style (hence the 4 star rating). As a result, when I put on my strapless dress overtop of the bra, I was left with extra cuppage that the dress made so I had a folding effect underneath. Bottom line, I would recommend to others and tell them to keep in mind that this bra fits a bit bigger in the cup than other bras from the same company. Ally from Canada

I love the shape and look of the bra. It covers well and is comfortable. On the other hand, after wearing it for a while, it slips downward and feels like it's going to fall to my waist. I find myself yanking it up too many times, which is not very lady-like! Perhaps it could use a wider band (as in the DD cup) with 3 hooks. Possibly the band could use a firmer structure (stays or bones?) too. Linda from Smithtown, NY, USA

I literally need to push and shove my boobs in because there's this space above the wire (about a half of inch) that I just cannot fill. This wouldn't be a problem if my boobs weren't pouring out a bit and jiggling at that. So generally it should be the right size, but it's just a bad shape for me. A bigger size gaps at the top. it is firm and gives a relatively natural shape when I do shove them in (but they dont stay that way for long), but it's not very comfortable, and the silicone straps pinch when I move. I ordered a size smaller than what I was recently well-fitted in, because of the suggestions in the website. Fantasie Response: The 4530 is a great supportive strapless bra. If you felt that you could pour out of the cup then the cup is too small. Try the 4530 in a 34D2. Kathy from Laconia, NH

It's as good as I reasonably expected. I've never had a "perfect" strapless bra that actually held up comfortably for an extended period... in my opinion, if you are a larger-chested woman like myself, that's nearly impossible. But for what it is, I think this one holds up well enough not to return it. I don't plan on ever wearing it for more than an hour or two anyway. For more support and a smoother look I'd suggest a long-line bra, however. Becca from Texas

I purchased 3 strapless/convertible bras to try, and this was the winner! It feels as secure as a strapless bra can for a larger chest, and I decided on this one because it looked most natural under clothes. I can be between a 32E and 32F depending on brand and HerRoom's Universal Cup Fit, and got the 32E in this. I do have to agree with the tip and previous reviews in that the cups are still a bit larger, but it prevents the "top spillage" that happens with so many strapless bras. Overall very happy with this bra! Ashley from CA

I originally ordered this bra in a 30F, but felt it ran a little small in the cup so I exchanged for a 30FF and it fits great. It provides a nice smooth shape under a tight white tee shirt without looking cone shaped. I also like that it gives you two strap placement options in the back of the band. This band does fit tighter compared to the Fantasie 5410, but works well for me since I technically need a 28 band size. Thank you HerRoom for a fast exchange. Happy2shop from Anaheim, CA

I purchased this item online, it was my first online bra purchase ever! I was unsure if the size would fit or if the bra was even supportive. After I tried it on, I fell in love. It's so supportive & I'm not too big on cleavage, so I'm glad the cups cover and straps my boobs down fully. Alexis from garland,tx

I had bought this bra about a year ago, but the back where you hook it together started to rip so I decided to buy a new one. I forgot however how hard it was to put on by yourself, it seems to run very small and is very tight. However if you want to wear it strapless it will most definitely stay up!

Fantasie Response: You are correct, the band has to be snug or it will fall down. It is one of the best strapless bras on the market for full-fit bras. Christina from Mechanicsville/Va/United States

This does stay up. But it makes me bleed. It's definitely the right size--not too tight--but I believe the silicone bands catch my skin or something, because both times I wore it, a ways apart, I ended up with open wounds on my side near the top of the band. Too bad, it looks nice otherwise.

Fantasie Response: If the strapless does not stay up it is too big in the band. You might need a 28F (D4) cup. The problem with the silicone in the band could mean that you are possibly having an allergic reaction to the silicone which can happen with some customers, or it could be because the bra is rubbing on you due to the bra not staying in place because the band is too big. I purchased both the 32D black version of this bra, along with a 34C in nude. I usually wear a 32DD. I think I fall somewhere in between the 2 sizes I got, because both feel right, although the 32D has very very slight spillage. This bra is very good at staying up all evening and creates a great shape. As others have mentioned, it provides a flattering degree of separation so as to avoid the uni-boob effect, and is indeed seamless so you don't have that obvious line to give away where the bra starts, underneath dresses and camisoles. I wish this one could also add a little cleavage in the bargain, but I guess that's sort of contrary to the efforts to separate the breasts. I'm happy with them in general and am glad to finally retire all the other disappointing strapless bras I have in favor of these. Leslie from Austin/TX/USA

I normally wear a 34F Fantasie bra. Your previous reviewers suggested buying a cup smaller, so I ordered the bra in a 34E and a 34F. Neither of them fit me well. I had a bulge under my arms and thru my back. I called and talked to a consultant who I felt was more knowledgeable than the original person I spoke with. I then ordered a 36E and it fits perfectly. After years of struggling with staples bra’s I had just given up. Then I decided to give this one a try and it worked. I followed HerRoom’s advice and went down a cup size since I am typically a 34H. This is my favorite bra. I've been wearing it for years. It gives support and seems to minimize as well. My only complaint is that the grosgrain taping for the hooks of the removable straps tends to break and fray and occasionally needs to be repaired. I would imagine this is more of a problem with larger sizes/larger breasts. But besides that it's an amazing bra. I would wear it even if I had smaller breasts. Adie from brookly, ny, usa

Normally I wear a 36G in Fantasie and Panache bras, so I followed the advice to get a cup size smaller and went with the 36FF. The band was a perfect fit, nice and snug the way I like it. However, despite going down a cup size, I found that the cups gapped significantly at the sides on me and slightly at the top. This could be due to the fact that I've nursed 3 kids and my breasts aren't as perky as they once were. Also, I generally prefer a more 'forward' look and these cups seemed too wide-set for me, since they gave me a minimized look with my breasts pointing more toward the sides than toward the front. Overall, it wasn't the silhouette I was looking for so I sent it back and will try something different. As always the customer service from HerRoom is excellent. Jen from Lacey, WA USA

After reading the reviews for all the strapless bras I thought that this was probably the one I wanted. I haven't purchased a strapless in years, but I've been a standard 36G in Fantasie and Panache for a few years now and reading the recommendations to go down a cup size, I bought a 36FF.

Pros: The band fits wonderfully - perfectly snug, the way I like it - so no problems there. The silicon grips make it feel very secure.

Cons:The cups are definitely too big and gap away from me at the sides, though. Having nursed 3 children, I'm not perky at all anymore, so I could understand a bit of a gap at the top. But the sides? Also, while I like separation in a regular bra, I find that I prefer a little more cleavage with a strapless, given the type of dresses and tops I would wear a strapless bra with. This bra is almost a minimizer in this respect, and offers no cleavage enhancement at all, which is fine, but not what I'm looking for. I don't think that this will change with a smaller cup size and I'm hesitant to go smaller than a 36F to get a good fit. So this bra is going back and I'll have to try a different brand.

Fantasie Response: You might try the 36F. If the bra is gapping at the sides it should be too large. It is difficult to find a push up strapless in your cup size, but you could also try the Freya strapless Deco style 4233 for a little more “vavoom”. Jen from Lacey, WA USA

Following Tamima's Tip on this bra, I downsized from the 30F I usually wear to a 30E. The cup was way too small, and I had to return it. I just received the 30F and have been wearing it for a couple of days. AMAZING freedom! No bra straps digging into the shoulders, great lift, and it doesn't move at all! Also, oddly, minimizing! Will be wearing strapless under everything. (BTW, comes with straps, should you care to use them, which attach very far out on the shoulder, so that would be good with open necks.) Wish I had this bra before my shoulders became permanently indented :) Carol from Ann Arbor, MI

I ordered this bra, suspect of the rave reviews, despite their number. Strapless bras and I have never played well together! For special occasion wear, I think this will work and it opens up a lot of dress and blouse options I previously thought I did not have. I avoid any structured or "lightly lined" bras because of fear of added bulk, but this is not problematic in the 4530 - the structure is actually beneficial and one of the features that helps hoist a pair of heavy orbs northward! cjr from Illinois

I have been trying to find a strapless bra to fit me and this one didn't fit at all. I don't know if I am ordering the wrong size, I am 30E but not sure if you are suppose to order differently with strapless. The bra squished everything against me so much that everything fell over the top of the bra..not a pretty site.

Fantasie Response: Generally speaking you’d be the same size in a strapless bra as you would be in your everyday bra, but as all brands run differently it’s important to be flexible about your size. 4530 truly is one of the best strapless bras on the market, but even the most wonderful bra can’t do the job if it’s in the wrong size. It sounds to me that you need to go up one, or two, or even several cup sizes. 4530 goes up to a G-cup, so you can go up as much as you need. Bridgette from Clarence, NY, USA

I am normally a 36G. I ordered a 36F as they advised to go down a cup size, however, the cups were still too large. There was a gap at the top and it wouldn't lay flat against me. (It did not fit like the picture of the model.) Had to return it. I will try something else. It is extremely difficult to find a strapless in my size.

Fantasie Response: The 4530 runs very full in the cup and sometimes you have to go down a cup size or sometimes 2 cups if you are in-between cups sizes. You could try the Fantasie 4530 in a 36E cup and it will most likely work for you. It is a great strapless and gives lots of support; if that route doesn’t work give Freya Deco Strapless 4233 a try in a 36F. AT from Las Vegas, NV USA

I'm in LOVE with this strapless bra! I have a very petite frame, super tiny ribcage and large cups for my frame, so it's very hard for me to wear strapless bras or find comfortable bras period. This bra works wonders for large cups! I can wear it without any straps at all, without worrying about bulging over the cups or spilling out and creating weird silhouettes. I wear this worry-free with tons of cute summer tops! I just introduced it to my friend, who has a completely different body shape than me. She just had a baby and she is a 38DD or DDD i cant remember. She was amazed with the support from the band. She loves it too, her first strapless since being a larger cup size. : ) Jessica from Texas

With a little care, they last for ages, so they nearly pay for themselves just in lasting twice as long as most. It looks terrific under clothes, supporting my figure in a way that feels thoroughly well-supported to me, but leaving my "heavenly twins" free to move enough to keep the lymph flowing. The cups are slightly large, but the next size down would be too small, and that is not an inch I want to pinch. While they are exceptional in terms of engineering and materials, they are boring. With all the beautiful lace, darling bows, and tiny pearls in the lingerie world, how is it possible that something so well-made can be so very dull to look upon? Isabel from California, USA

The comments suggested going down a cup size so I did, this was not a good choice fore me. The bra likely would have been too small if I had ordered my regular size, choosing an FF was not right for me. Thankfully customer service at HerRoom is amazing, and someone helped me find a strapless 32GG that I hope be getting back in the mail soon! Halee from Arkansas,US

I needed a strapless bra to wear with a strapless dress. Having larger breasts I knew that this would be a difficult task. I first ordered this bra in a 38E, which was too large in band size and slightly too large in cup size. I then returned the bra for a 36E, which was fine in the band size but slightly too small in the cups. I found this bra to be very un-supportive and very uncomfortable.

HerRoom Response: When you went from a 38E to a 36E you also went down in the cup size. A 36F would have kept the same cup volume.

Fantasie Response: I think a 36F in this style would fit you perfectly. Also please remember to “swoop-and-scoop” the breast tissue from the back to the front to fill the cups: This step is vital for any bra in any brand to fit properly and to give you the full benefits of support! After reading many reviews on this bra and being the owner of several Fantasie 30F bras, I ordered this strapless in 30F and 30E (suggested to order a size down since runs large)...I am thoroughly disappointed! There is no anti-slip material running around it to keep it from slipping down (almost a standard in other strapless bras) and my chest was overflowing from the cups being too small. I was really excited that I may have finally found a strapless since the regular bras fit like a glove. For anyone around this size, I went all over the mall and found one in a department store - JC Penney's private label. I fit into a 34DD (wish they had 32) but it has that anti-slip lining all the way around it and no overflow...it comes with 2 sets of straps also for approximately $32. I will continue buying all of my other bras from HerRoom - already have a few saved that I am planning on purchasing. Fantastic selection and prices!!!

FantasieResponse: We’re so sorry to hear you’re disappointed in this bra, as usually we hear nothing but kudos for this style. The cups in 4530 are generous so it’s puzzling that the bra was so small for you… If a strapless bra truly fits you, it should stay up and in place without relying too much on anti-slip lining, but as it happens 4530 does have gripper elastic on the top of the band to help with anchorage and support. 4530 goes to a G cup so it’s easy to go up in the cup until you find the perfect fit. I ordered many, many strapless bras from here in the hopes of finding one for underneath my wedding dress. This one was the closest to what I wanted. I love the seamless cups and the shape they gave. The issue I have with this bra is that the 30E (which is the size I wear in the 4510) was waaay too small, and the 30F covers waaaay too much. The center gore hits very high, so I can't wear it with anything low cut. However, I did feel secure in the bra and didn't have to adjust it once during my wedding. mab from FL

I've had this bra for over a year and this was my second one...purchased from HerRoom cause of FANTASTIC price! This bra fits well, lifts, supports, has a nice seamless finish for t-shirts, etc. Shoulder straps do dig if the back band isn't adjusted tight enough (or after lots of months of wearing and back band has stretched...all bras do this I figure...and if it's come to this point, then time for a new bra). I love that this bra can be worn so many ways as straps cross over, one strap, etc. etc.! I would like to buy it in black sometime, but for now stuck with nude. Shelley from BC Cda

I will start by saying that this is the 2nd time I've reviewed this bra - I didn't like it the first time I tried it, but my bra size has changed since then, so I decided to try it again because it's so highly recommended.

I must say, I am shocked that this bra is so popular - I think it's completely horrible. It is so wide in the center that it comes up above where my breast tissue begins and completely covers my sternum. It comes up to about 1.5" below my collar bone. (I am 5'4") This bra also comes up too high on the sides for me, and flattens my chest and pushes my boobs apart.

I am 30E in 'regular (non-strapless)' Fantasie bras & 28F in Freya. In this bra, the 30E was too small in the cups, 30F 'fit' me, but I returned it because of the issues above.

Overall, this bra was completely uncomfortable, unwearable, and unflattering. Yes, the model looks fabulous in it, but girls it will not give you that great cleavage, I'm sorry to disappoint.

I recommend Panache3370 - Porcelain Strapless - which is a much prettier, comfortable, and better fitting bra than this.

Fantasie Response: It sounds as if you have a short "upper torso". (Very little room from underneath the bust to the shoulder). #4530 DOES have a relatively broad center gore in order to support those robust G cups with "confidence". It might very well be that this bra is just too tall for your figure type. At the moment we don't have an alternative strapless frame available for this cup size. But stay tuned for the debut of our new Freya strapless in January 2011. This bra has a plunging neckline, and maximizes cleavage - VERY sexy! It should be perfect for your needs! Ali from TX

Bra did not fit due to too large cups. And it seemed to separate the "girls" too much (they looked too spread apart). I ordered the Panache strapless and it fit better and looked more natural.

Fantasie Response: Fan4530 does run generously in the cups. Very often we recommend going down in the cup in this style which means you’d wear a 32FF. I’m not surprised 'the girls' looked too spread apart, that’s a clear indication you might need a smaller cup. Kelly from Illinois

I wore this bra without the straps for a trial run a few nights ago. Although it's true that the bra doesn't slip, I did find that on me -- using the tightest hooks -- it settled in a spot about a half-inch lower than I would have liked, giving me a slightly lower bust line. I ordered a 34DD, which is my normal size. I guess this is just one of the risks of mail order, since in a store I might have tried the 32DD for comparison. Still, I gave the bra 4*s -- it really does give you a great shape. Kathy from New York, USA

This wasn't quite right for me, it supported very well but I didn't find it flattering. The cups fit perfectly with no spillage, but there was a dent at the top of the bra that was obvious through clothes. I'm not sure if I have a sizing problem with freya/fantasie: with their plunge bras, the 30 band is awesome and fits perfectly, but in styles where the center gore comes up higher, I feel like there is a lot of pressure from the wires on my sternum and it's uncomfortable. When I was fitted recently they told me I was for sure a 30 band. I didn't want to get a larger band here because it is strapless and I didn't want it to slip. In the end I exchanged for the B'Temptd 954108, I liked the push-up for strapless dresses. It's a little big in the band because it doesn't come in a 30, but still does the trick.

Fantasie Response: #4530 usually works for almost everyone. As always it’s so important to bring the breast tissue forward in front of the under-wire, so the entire breast sits in the cup. This will usually take care of any ‘dent’ in the cup as well. With a 30” back you’ll have a very “petite” frame, so you won’t really want a lot of “center front” coverage. It’s not surprising you’re more comfortable in a style that’s lower cut. BTW there are lots of “plungey” styles to choose from in Fantasie and Freya! Erika from Northampton, MA USA

The ff fit but even though I ordered the wrong size for the g the ff fits perfectly and made me so happy to find a strapless bra that fits. This bra stays put and I don't have any muffin top problem. I usually wear a 32DDD and originally ordered that size. It fit well on the loosest notch, but ideally a bra should fit perfectly on the tightest notch. Then as the bra begins to stretch you can continue to tighten it. So, I returned it for the next band size down and cup size up. It fits perfectly! I don't even feel like I am wearing a strapless bra. And this is pretty amazing considering I didn't think strapless anything existed at my size! Well worth the money. Shannon from Astoria, OR

Ordered it. It couldn't hold up and dug into my ribs. I noted a little bit of spillage though, so I suppose the cup was too small for me. I wish they had bigger sizes, it felt comfortable and supportive otherwise. I will continue my search for a strapless bra that caters to full breasted women.

Fantasie Response: Definitely too small in the cup, therefore impossible for the bra to surround and support the breast tissue for a secure hold. A.J. from Orlando

It's a strapless bra. In my size (and true to my usual size for this brand). That fits. And WORKS. It's a flattering shape, gives me nice lift without turning my chest into a shelf, is smooth under clothing, and can be used as a convertible bra with straps close-set, halter-top, or racerback. I can even get clear straps to use with it. I wore it for my sister's whole wedding day and completely forgot about it, and at the end of the day, wasn't in any hurry to change out of it -- how often can you say THAT about formal undergarments? HerRoom service is wonderful & exchanges are easy. Will surely keep buying. Cheers! Rashi from Pleasanton/California

Great bra. I have other Fantasie bras in size 32DD, but I found this style gapped in that size. The 30E, however, fits beautifully. I recommend this size shift for this style and for the 4510 smoothing style. Barbara from Houston/TX/US

I ordered this item and it came quickly. The bra seems like it would do the job,(support with great shape) unfortunately, I ordered on the small side. I am exchanging it for a 30G and see how that goes! I am just so excited to actually find bras from this website that offer the larger cups with the smaller back size! It is so hard to find bras with good support that don't rely on your shoulders too much. I have the dreaded gouge in my shoulders from previous bras and am hoping to find my correct size from your site to rectify this! Keep up the good work! Crystal from Ct

This bra fits well and it holds me up well. The shape is a little bit awkward because the cups point away from each other, but it doesnt look abnormal under clothing. the top goes a little high up but it holds me up and does a good job. after wearing for a day, it was a little annoying and painful, but overall a wonderful selection! the only strapless bra to fit me correctly. I am very large busted with a small band size and have very heavy, pendulous, saggy, national geographic boobs and this bra keeps me supported enough so that I can finally wear the cute halter tops that are in style now. I wasn't sure about the molded cups, I thought they might make me look bigger, but they are definitely needed if your breasts sag because that in combination with the band and rubber stripping is needed to keep you supported. When I look down after putting it on, my breasts seem to point in opposite directions, but looking in the mirror it looks normal, and it has a slimming effect (or maybe halter tops are slimming??). Its a very flattering fit. At first it was very uncomfortable because I've always relied on the straps for additional support & I did have to pull it up a couple of times throughout the day, but I am not at all inconvenienced by it because it did stay up very well. I wish they made it in an H cup because that would have been perfect as there is a little overflow, but its not noticeable enough to have to return. I ordered nude because it blends with my skin and if it does show (say on the sides of a top), it won't be obvious. I usually wear a 34G in Wacoal 85532 or 85569 bras and have to wear them on the tightest hook; I also have to wear this bra on the tightest hook so for me these seem similar in size. My TECHNICAL (according to proper measurements) bra size is 36DD(31" band & 41" around the cups), but when I try bras on with this size (any brand), I can fit a softball between the band and my skin & the cups only hold about 1/2 of my breasts so you may have to play with different sizes until you find what is right for your body. Hope this helps somebody because its taken me years to finally find decent bras that fit me properly. I'll be ordering another one of these! Jennifer from Florida

I really liked this bra. I have a really hard time finding strapless bras that can hold the girls up. I used to buy semi-decent ones and then sew and adjust them myself. After buying this bra, I will definitely never do that again. The bra gives plenty of support, and the nude color makes it perfect. My only complaint was that it comes up a little too high to wear with low cut shirts, but even that isn't a big issue. Katie

I really did not like this bra - and I ordered and tried 2 different sizes. The cups are extremely small - at least 2 cup sizes, and the bra completely encompasses your breast tissue on all sides - even the top - so I found that my breasts did not come close to fitting in the bra, and the bra smushed them down, then it would slide down around my belly. I've tried several other Fantasie styles, and know my correct size, so I just really did not like the way this one fit or was made. If you need a bra with convertible straps, I would pick Fantasie 4515 over this one. Alex from Texas, USA

While I was concerned bc my boobs are quite heavy, i wore this for the first time with a strapless dress. I honestly really didn't have to pull it up all night. A+ from me. The only reason i didn't rate it 5 stars was that i wished it had more than 1 strip of (silicone?) grip on the band and i wished the top of the cup came up a little higher/tighter. I normally love this brand, however, I am a bit disappointed in this bra. It pulls me pretty far apart creating a large gap in my cleavage area. The cups are a little bigger than what this brand normally runs, perhaps if I would have gotten 1 cup size smaller it would have been perfect. The band and straps are very nice and comfortable. the rubber on the inside did a great job of keeping it up. Spent a night out dancing without spending the whole night adjusting it. Overall, it is pretty good considering the options for us bustier girls! JRSA from Sacramento

I was professionally fitted as a 32DD but found that the cups on this bra run small. I exchanged for a 32E and am so happy I did! Excellent support and keeps me high, front, and center. Also, I love how the bra straps can be hooked closer or farther apart. Great quality - I feel like this bra will last forever. I haven't tried it strapless yet, so I can't comment on that; but I find that the silicone strips in the higher quality bras really help the band support my heavy chest. I have a feeling that this bra will be almost as supportive without the straps as it is with the straps just because the band is so snug and stays put. rdd from durham/NC/USA

I can't imagine a strapless fitting better than this!! I haven't worn for extended periods of time, but when I've tried it on with various shirts and dresses I have loved the look. It has a great shape and seems to stay in place well. It's a little hard to get on the normal hook-and-twist way, but I think that's inevitable with a strapless bra that both stays up and keep the girls where they belong. Also, HerRoom was a pleasure to work with; the site is well organized and the shipping is great. Highly recommended!! Lauren from Kansas

I don't expect -any- strapless bra to be comfy. That being said, this one is awesome!! The ample cups give great coverage, shape and support. This is one industrial strength strapless! Definitely feels like it will stay in place, yet it's fairly comfortable for a strapless. A couple of slight complaints - it's a real challenge to get this on unless you have help, and the full coverage cups will show when worn with some strapless clothes. Otherwise, a great bra! I had professionals measured me before I made the purchase, for this, I was surprised by how small the bands were. For beginner, the bra is in a cheap looking fabric. Secondly (and the main reason that I ended up return the product), the bands run small, it gave the top of my “sisters” a “mushroom head” look. Moreover, the bra does not stay, that’s a big “no-no” for me. Jane from Orange/CA/USA

At the same time I ordered this bra, I ordered a similar style from Va Bien and the Goddess Cantilevered strapless. The Goddess bra probably provided the best support of the three, but if you need one that provides good support in a large cup size but still has a smooth, natural profile, this is the one. This one also has the advantage of being convertible, so it can be used halter, cross back, or one shouldered. The back band has slightly "sticky" silicone strips that helps the bra stay up, which is good, but it does make it hard to do the old "put it on backwards and slide it around" trick. It is also extremely comfortable, so much so that I started to wear the bra with the detachable straps under my every day clothing. I now own three and pretty much wear this bra exclusively. It creates a lovely silhouette under clothing. I have a fairly slender build with DD breasts. I recommend this bra highly. Rose Marie from Miami, FL

Purchased as possible bra to wear with a wedding dress. didn't feel it worked for the wedding dress. I kept the bra though as it was very comfortable and came with straps. The straps are very elasticy so they don't so much hold up the bra and give you the added sense of the bra not falling off. The bra stays up well on it's own without the straps though. Provides great shape and I felt "perky" for the first time in a long time. Jeanne from Madison, WI

I've never been moved to write a product review before, until putting on this bra. I've been in denial for years about the size of my breasts, always squeezing into (and falling out of) DD's. Finally I received a fitting and was told that I was a 38G. The center panel lies flush against my chest--amazing! This bra offers great support and lift for a strapless and, perhaps most incredibly of all, actually makes me look smaller and more shapely. Thank You! m from chicago
