I am writing this for my wife. She has worn this same brand for 55 years. Her last bras were the same make and style but in size 42B. The 44B fits, but the cups are double the size, so they don't work for her now. How do we fix the problem?

HerRoom Response: When you move up a band size, you need to move down a cup size to maintain the same volume. That we be a 44A and unfortunately, this item is not made in that size. Leonard from Benton City

There was no mention in the descrlption or indication in the photos that this was a torpedo bra. It was a weird papery/plastic fabric and the pointiest shaped bra I've ever seen. Plus it fit like a straight jacket, even though I has sized up.

HerRoom Response: We feel our photography correctly shows the shape of these cups. If you experienced more of a conical shape, the cup may have been too large for you. When you "sized up" in your band, you needed to go down a cup size to maintain your same cup volume. So moving from a 38DD to a 40DD gave you both a band and cup size increase. Very tight, straps dug in. Can not return during Covid, had to throw it away . Very disappointed.

This bra is okay. I like that it is cotton. I've never had a front clasp bra before so I find it difficult to get into. My breasts are not cone shaped, so they don't really fill the end of the cup which is okay, because I don't want cone shaped breasts. My breasts are heavy so the straps do not hold them up. LOVE this bra! Finally found one that fits securely without riding up in the back all the time. It is comfortable and light, so no perspiring! I'm not thrilled with this one. I did not realize it was all cotton (no lycra at all). This is not a very supportive bra. The "adjustable" strap pads do not stay in place. I have to constantly adjust them for shoulder comfort. I will not order this again.

Exquisite Form Response: The Fabric Info states that the body of this bra is 65% polyester and 35% cotton and the elastic in the back is 81% nylon and 19% spandex. As for the straps, it sounds like the bra may not be fitting you correctly. The bra needs to be fitted correctly in order for the straps to stay in place. First time I've worn this bra and was very happy with it. Hardly knew that I had it on. I also purchased the long-line in a 42B, even though I have worn the 40B for years. The cup was right on the 40B, but I had too much volume around the middle, so I got the 42B this time.
