I had never heard of this bra company, but decided to take a chance.. I am glad I did! I have tried MANY bras trying to find ones that fit and are comfortable. This one definitely ranks up there as one of my favorites! This bra keeps the breast from falling to the side and my arm doesn't rub the side. One of my other favorites is comfortable, but the way my breasts sit in it I look very wide from the front. Not in this one. The only con I have is the lace embroidery. It is pretty, BUT it shows through everything but a sweater. If you make this bra in an all smooth style, I will buy it again. JoLynn from Leetonia, OH, United States

Very well made bra. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong cupsize. Have re-ordered in another size and am hoping it will fit correctly. Ann Marie from Dallas, Tx

I wish this came in a size 32. The back strap rides up, and that is because I am wearing a band size that is slightly too big--I may in real life be a 33, which of course, does not exist. This is a beautiful item, but the focus is more on beauty, not enough on support. Also, the underwires poke under the arms, but I'm getting used to it.

HerRoom Response: It sounds like you are a band size 32. You can always take this bra and have it altered. Marie from Keene, NH

This bra is fantastic. I now feel like I have a bust and a stomach rather than just one big lump of fat. The support is second to none and the straps don't slip. I have recommended this bra to all my larger girlfriends. Elomi seems to bring it out in a new color every season so I get very excited waiting to see the new color. Being afro carribean the colors are beautiful and compliment my skin tone perfectly. I love the deep reds and pinks. I would like to see it in a dark blue to compliment the black colorway. Attractive, comfortable, great lift and support. Fits perfectly. I wish they had another style that had a smooth top to wear under sheer fabrics! Judith from Menlo Park,CA USA

So far, very very good. My problem lately has been with the sides rolling up a bit (and I know by fit that the bad size is correct, although I may be between sizes) and the Caitlyn does this the least. This bra would be perfect if it had stronger side power net and rigid straps. I would love to a version with a slightly less thick wire and in a smooth material! Rosemary from Bronx, New York

At first I was concerned about the uncomfortableness of an underwire bra. I wore the bra for about a week to get used to it and now I can hardly know I am wearing it. It also makes me look so much better and feel better. Martha from Marana, AZ

The lift and separation on this bra is phenomenal; not an easy task for my very heavy breasts. The bra does push the breasts forward, but not too torpedo-like. The lift and separation deserve 5 stars alone; I gave 4 stars due to the bottom band being somewhat uncomfortable for my short torso. The straps are wide, soft, comfortable, sturdy and supportive. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this bra - the fit & support is remarkable! Plus it looks wonderful under the clothes and the seams show very little. As long as you know and purchase the right size you can't go wrong with this bra! Kat from San Jose/California/USA

This bra fit nicely but the Prima Donna bra I ordered was much more comfortable. If I didn't order the Prima Donna Menton full cup bra at the same time I probably would keep this one. R.N. from Norcross

Very comfortable, band size runs one size too big compared to the Goddess bras I've bought in the past...I returned one of the ones I ordered to get a smaller band size. Sharon from Clearwater, FL

I can't wear this bra. I tried it in 42 F. Cup size was fine but my ribs felt crushed (despite having 42s that fit fine and having 40s that don't crush like this 42). Even my sternum felt crushed and I felt like I couldn't catch my breath. And, after wearing it for about 15 minutes, it started digging into my armpits. So, I exchanged it for a 44E. The cup was a touch small and the crushing and digging were barely improved. So, why am I giving it two stars instead of one? This bra *absolutely* lifts and separates. No possibility of drifting toward the uni-boob look.

Elomi Response: Sounds like one of two things – “too much” bra in size or in styling; It may be too big of a band or cup or simply “too much” bra in the styling. I would suggest Elomi 8001, the Cleo bandless low plunge. steph from Calif

OMG it fits. I have such a problem with finding a cup that fits and straps that are not set so far apart I feel they were designed for a line-backer. Honestly I don't have a lot of room on the front of my body for the girls and this bra lifts AND separates them. This is the first time the center part of the bra is sitting flat against my chest. The result is I actually appear smaller. Yea! Before I found this bra the only other bra I could wear is the Wacoal 85122 Elegance Hidden Underwire Minimizer. I'm so happy to have found another "pretty" option. Thanks Elomi! Majick from Jersey Shore

Gift for my mother, I already own it. It is so supportive and very, very pretty. The red is a jewel ruby red, and the seams on the bottom part of the cup are so supportive. The top of the wire on the side of the bra does not jam up into your armpit. I have had no trouble with pinching or rolling up. Seems perfect, I will buy in other colors. Barbara from Virginia

This is a VERY supportive bra. Keeps everything in and keeps it where it should be together. I wouldn't say it is uncomfortable- but the underwire is strong and tighter than other bras. Not good under t shirts as you can see the lace and it is raised lace. Have it in every color! Kate from Indiana

It almost fits! Better than any I've tried so far - a little too big on one side and not big enough on the other. The shape is really nice and it gives excellent support, and it's even pretty. So I shouldn't complain, BUT, it's made out of that unpleasant rough chafe-y stuff, and I really wish for padded straps, and I have to put something in the sides to keep the wires from digging in. The Goddess Smooth Simplicity is lots more comfortable although just as strong, but it doesn't come big enough, sigh.

Elomi Response: : If you like Goddess Smooth Simplicity, I suggest you try Goddess Keira, style 6090; it’s similar to elomi 8030 but with less lace and more satin fabric. Carol from Ann Arbor, MI

This is the 2nd one I have ordered and I love it! It is low enough in the front not to show if I wear a 'V' neck or lower cut top. Another big feature I like is that it holds me in on the sides and does not rub or itch anywhere. I will keep ordering this style until they change it again! Gail from Vero Beach/FL/USA

The Elomi concept seems to just push (I guess they'd call it "support") from below, but there is little support or enclosure in the cup. The bottom of the bra was the strongest underwire I've ever experienced, and it did hold tight, but the cups were just too soft. The girls were floating around and bouncing with every bump I hit while driving the car and I was very conscious of them loosely bouncing around as I walked around the house, just sort of sitting on that hard, rigid wire. The silhouette is also not flattering in my clothing, and the lace version was so scratchy I could see the marks on my abdomen and back for hours after I took it off. I soaked it for a day to see if the lace softened, but it didn't. Perhaps the fit of this bra meets some criteria for "proper fit" in the big Corset-lady bible but if it looks bad and feels worse, I will go back to my "incorrect" undergarments.

elomi Response: Thank you for your candid remarks. We at Elomi use the firmest possible support fabrics. So if you need a firmer fit, it could be either that you are not wearing the correct size, or that you need a bra offering a higher level of control. I would normally recommend a firmer control bra first, but this 8030 is already very firm, so perhaps you need a different size? If the cup is loose, you need a smaller cup size. If the band rides up at the back, you need a smaller band size. Bear in mind that if you reduce a band size, you need to increase a cup size to maintain the same cup volume. The firmest control of all is gained from bras with higher coverage at the centre front, so the Elomi underwired sports bra style 8040 will give you maximum control. You are at the small end of the full figure size range, so perhaps you don’t actually need a full figure bra at all, but would prefer something like our Savannah style 2152 from our full busted brand Fantasie. Style 2152 has great coverage for the full busted but has a lower center front and is lower under the underarm area. As for the lace scratching you, a few washings should eliminate this problem. Good support and comfortable. I like the lower support around the sides so the wires don't cut into your underarms. Flower pattern can be see through some shirts. Not as much support as Panache but much more comfortable! Wendy

very pretty and comfortable bra, however, not good for traveling via air. Underwire set off alarm at airport coming and going and I had to be individually scanned on both occasions. One might keep that in mind and choose another bra to travel in. Unfortunately, that's the only bras I had packed. Sally from Chelsea, AL

Give excellent support. Underwire comes up a little high under the arm but I can get used to it. Really does separate "the girls". I don't often get that in a bra. Lynn from McLean, VA

Large size bras are definitely hard to find and one that fits well, even harder. This one is definitely on the right track. I have a lot of side breast tissue, so for me, the only down side of this bra is that the underwire is uncomfortable on one side. The straps fit nice and don't slide down the arm and the bra lays nice and flat between the breasts. Sandy from Virginia
