Elila Response: Our straps are designed to be rigid and adjustable to reduce any bounce as well as to help keep the bra supported and balanced.
Elila Response: We are sorry to hear this style did not work for you. If the band size is too tight it will be too constricting and uncomfortable. The Elila brand uses a +4 measurement system which means that if your under bust measures 34" then we would suggest a 38 band, if you measure 36" then we would suggest a 40 band.
HerRoom Response: We are sorry to hear that this bra did not work for you. Elila has unique bra sizing and unfortunately this bra is not available in your suggested Elila size. Please check out our Nursing Bra page to find your perfect nursing bra style!
HerRoom Response: Because this bra is wire free it will never touch your chest. If you're looking for something to touch your chest we suggest trying something with an underwire like Elomi EL3912.

HerRoom Response: We are sorry to hear this bra did not work for you. We recommend going up a band and down two cup sizes in all Elila softcup styles. (e.g. 36G(D4) would try a 38E(D2).
