So far so good. I have brought same bra from different companies for years. It's for me to work in, it gives great support. Rawad from 24501

I love the support I get with this bra. Especially because it does not have wiring. I feel comfortable. However I deducted points because the metal piece on the straps are easy to break. For the amount paid there should be more security. Fix the piece and it will be perfect. Kia from CHICAGO/IL/USA

I ordered this bra as a gift for someone and then decided to order the same bra in a 50N. TFields from Clarksville/Tennessee/USA

I think this may be the ugliest bra I have ever seen. There is just so much fabric everywhere. I know it's full coverage and I think the cups are too big for me, but there isn't a smaller size that I could get (I wear a 42 D3). I appreciate that the band is tall and sits far enough down on my torso that it doesn't ride up. Too bad it doesn't fit well.

HerRoom Response: If you are looking for great fitting, comfortable wirefree bra we suggest trying Anita 5493. Allison from USA

The straps on this bra are not at all as pictured. They constantly come undone throughout the day. I can't be sitting down with my patients and have my bra strap just break free. Very disappointed, as the overall fit and comfort is ok. Not great, but ok is usually all I get with my bra size. Shape is not ideal, but for a soft cup would have been acceptable.

Elila Response: The buckle on size 40N is a ladder and the fabric needs to be put through all the openings in order to stay down. Julie from OR

For me, this bra was a lot of good theory and bad practice. 5 hooks in the back. I love this idea, but man, was it hard to get on/off (had to do the hooks twice because I put hook 2 in eye 1). Also, so much serious engineering in this bra, but once I had it, pointed things in the wrong direction and the band folded in with my underboobs. Loved the idea of the straps, but not under thin tops.

Elila Response: It sounds like the bra size was too big for you. All intimate apparel should be washed before worn to remove any residue left on the fabrics. Once any finishes are removed the garment will be softer and rounder when wearing. The pads are made to be removable when they are not needed so the garment can be worn under a variety of tops. Fits smaller than I usually wear. Metal adjustments on straps scratchy and uncomfortable.

HerRoom Response: In any Elila softcup bra we recommend going up a band and down two cup sizes in this style. (e.g. 36G(D4) would try a 38E(D2) Peggy from Omaha

Too small in the cups and band, maybe order up on this one. I will be returning mine.

This Bra fits perfect thanks to asking HerRoom about the sizes. They recommend going up a band and down two cup sizes in this style. I love the cushion straps. For having full breast - it's great on the shoulders. No more cutting into you. I've spent so much money on ordering bras & having to return them. This is the FIRST time that both style bras I've order fit perfect. I have told many friends about the HerRoom site. I will order from them again. Deb from Connecticut

Oh my word, I can't tell you how much I regret purchasing this bra. It runs small, which makes fitting impossible. My breasts are so squished in this thing. Also, the straps are awfully uncomfortable. The metal strap mechanism is in the front, which digs in my armpits. I was determined to break this bra in and wear it all day, but the strap hook scratched my armpit until it bled. Terrible product.

It cuts a little high in the underarm on me, and after 2 size exchanges, I'm still not convinced that I have the right size. The padded straps and the back area are comfortable. The excess strap material (after adjusting the length) hides in the cups and is a bit awkward unless you cut it off. The exchange/return process and customer services reps are very nice to work with.

I wasn't thrilled with this bra, they claimed it has a cushion on the straps, which it does! It was just very strange, it is on it's own on the strap and it slides around... wired! And I was so pointy, I was laughing so hard at the shape of my breast, I was crying! Not a fan of this bra...

Elila Response: We suggest that you adjust the strap so the pad doesn’t move. If it does move around then your straps are too loose. As for the fit, you should always wash your bras to remove any residue on the fabrics. Once this is done the garment will have a softer, rounder shape. JillanaF from Clinton, MD

Band fits strangely. I first tried a 42 (my actual measurement), but it was too tight around the ribs. Upgraded to a 44, and though the band was still tight enough to hurt around the sides, it gaped in the front. Also don't think the cup size is accurate. I measure between an M and an N according to Her Room's universal sizing, but was overflowing the cup with both sizes I tried.

HerRoom Response: We recommend going up a band and down two cup sizes in this style. (e.g. 36G(D4) would try a 38E(D2). Mailene from California

Lovely looking bra but not a good fit for me. I've tried several sizes to no avail. I normally wear a 48 HH (Euro) or 48 J/K (US). The 50 N in this bra was a struggle to wear. The bra itself is well made, comes in gorgeous colors and looks like it would be comfortable. I just wish it fit me properly.

HerRoom Response: We suggest trying a 50J in this bra. We have found that going up a band and down two cups from your typical bra size helps you achieve the best fit in this bra. Also if you are a HH (UK) you are an L (US). Keep in mind that all brands size differently after a D cup. Check out our brand conversion chart on our Bra Cup Fitting Guide. I LOVE this bra! I am a heavy set woman with very large & heavy boobs. The wide band really helps. Next time I will order a cup larger because I didn't realize my boobs grew a little more. LOL I will order from "HerRoom" again & again! DeeDee from Ohio

The hardware did not stay in place to hold me up. It was very uncomfortable trying to get it on. I do not think it was made for very busty women.

HerRoom Response: We suggest trying Goddess GD6121 because this style does not have clips on the straps and comes in your size. Lynn from Memphis, TN. USA

This is my second purchase of this item. There is a significant difference in cup size between the two, even though they are supposed to be the same. But the biggest weakness is the straps. They can be painful. The cushions would help better if they would stay in place and not flip over. Also, the clasps slip even though I tuck the slack into it correctly. I wish this size were available in more designs.

HerRoom Response: Only 10% of your bra's support should come from your bra straps. If your straps are working harder than this, you might need a smaller band size. We suggest checking out our Bra Fitting Center to find your perfect size in this bra. Jean-Ann from 36037

The band runs small and the cup runs large so I returned this bra because it doesn't fit according to measurements. It is a heavily constructed garment so even if it had fit, I think I would have returned it since it would have been hot to wear.

HerRoom Response: Often times the fit of a soft-cup bra is tricky. Try going up a band and down two cup sizes (ie: 36G). We suggest checking out our Bra Fitting Center to find your perfect size in this bra too. Susan from USA
