Fantastic shape, very comfortable. It is a little large in the band size, so I will try 40H in a few other colors. I usually wear underwire bras but this style is my new favorite!

There is interfacing around the cups on the inside which, for me, is itchy. The band tends to roll up in the front. Hoping colder weather will ease the sensitivity. If you aren't sensitive to fabrics and have a smaller belly, it would work well.

Elila lace soft cup bra is pretty and comfortable. I bought this to wear with my Rago lace open bottom girdle. Makes a sexy look together. The fit is comfortable enough to almost forget it's there. The cups are see through in the center lace, sexy.

The bra is pretty but I couldn't get it on over my shoulders. There is no elastic in the straps and the straps cannot be made longs enough to get them over the shoulder. I hurt myself trying to do this, twice,

This is my all time favorite bra! I have been wearing this in many colors for years. I do take the stays out and the bra softens up after a few washes. The support cannot be beat and it lasts forever! Above all, the comfort is phenomenal!

I bought this particular bra (1303) because I had such a great experience wearing another Elila bra (1607) and was hoping that this one would also be a winner. The fabric on this bra proved to be the stiff and scratchy. That’s a deal breaker for me!

Extremely uncomfortable. Bra is very stiff, scratchy, and uncomfortable. Cups fit strangely with very little definition between the breasts. Too bad --I appreciate the variety of sizes and colors.
HerRoom Response:Any stiffness can go away with a soak/wash in fabric softener. It also sounds like you could be in the wrong size. You have a highly unusual size and unfortunately, there are few bras to choose from. This bra is actually a best seller.

The last one I received was terrible one of the cups was stitched weird and my breast has a corner. I look like I have two nipples!!! I spent a lot of money for square breasts. I know you don't make them but don't you have dual control?

I do believe that the bra has lots of support but the fabric is stiff and scratchy. These things along with the side bones make for good support but I found the bra extremely uncomfortable to move around while wearing. I thought that washing it first would help but it did not.

The bras are way too large. i followed the instructions provided by your company. I will be returning the bras. This is not the first time I have had problems. In an early order the bras straps became un-sewn in the back on two bras. I was never able to wear them.
Elila Response: For getting the right fit, which is a comfortable fit, we suggest that wrap a tape measure under your armpits and around your chest just above your bust. Relax your shoulders, stand up straight, breath out and look at the measurement. If it’s an odd number round up to the nearest even number. For the cup, wrap the tape measure around your back so it comes around the fullest part of your bust, be sure the tape measure is at the same height both at the front and the back Subtract that number to get your cup size in inches and convert. 1 =A, 2= B etc.. Elila cup sizing is the alphabet so no double letters needed. For sturdier straps, consider trying Elila Lace Soft-cup Bra 1303.

When the bar was shipped to me everything seems to be fine however I didn't try on the bra until about 45 days later, and guess what it was too small it cut into my back and my shoulders horribly and unfortunately I was unable to return it because I had kept it too long and I was in and out of town. I normally have a great

This bra offers good support for all day events once you get the straps and band adjusted right. It does not have any give as far as stretching though. The bra did seem to run smaller than the other 4 bras I bought in the same size but different styles. I like the bra it is feminine and not "old lady", I felt sexy for the first time in a very long time in this one. No complaint so far just wish I ordered up 1 band size and possibly a cup size.

I usually buy the Elila 1305 but wanted to try a different style so I opted for this one. While I like the support overall, I find that the cup size is different than the 1305. I will give this one to a relative who can actually fit it and I will order another one if a larger cup.
If you are looking for a style that is similar to the elila 1305, we would suggest the elila1505. It’s a full coverage, full support bra.

I was always size 38A then I stopped smoking and I gained weight slowly then one day I notice my bra's started fitting tighter. So I started buying sizes bigger the center of the bra in the middle of my chest started hurting so I decided to stop wearing a bra. Then I went to Wal-Mart one day and I found a bra in 6x that fit and in the mirror I look like they sagg I need a bra that doesn't me to wear I'm a 48 B I need help.
HerRoom Response: We are sorry to hear that this bra did not work for you. Please refer to our comment in the size chart where we suggest adjusting your traditional size for a better Elila fit. Go up 1 band size and down 2 cup sizes from your current bra size. For example, if you typically wear a 50I, we recommend trying a 52G(D4) in Elila.

I bought this for my daughter. The bra was true to size but she was quite unhappy with the shape. Instead of round and natural they were quite pointy. Needless to say, I'll be exchanging it for something else.
Elila Response: Sorry to hear the shape was not what she expected, we would suggest leaving on the bra for about 1/2 hour to warm up to your body, which allows the shape to contour to you.

This is a beautiful bra with good support. It's hard to find wire-free bras in pretty colors and this bra is one of the few I found. I have a rather large chest. The truth is not too many bras hold and show off the girls well. They usually do one or the other. This bra delightfully did both and did them well. I gave this a 2 because it is too tight.
The other bras, same size, different manufacturers, fit nicely. Also the lace is itchy, not an issue with other items I've purchased over the years. Too bad because it is a pretty bra.

The lace fabric was much to stiff. It would chafe my skin should I wear it!
Elila Response: Always wash your intimate apparel to remove any finishes before wearing. This also softens the fabrics.

I didn't really like this bra. First off I misread something somewhere, because I honestly thought it had underwire, and it does not. Secondly, the description said conical, but it doesn't look like that on the model. On me, however, I had the dreaded duck boobs. I like the lace, and really wish this would have fit better, but wireless bras just don't offer the support I need.
Elila Response: You're in luck because we offer a similar lace style with an underwire. Style 2311 sounds like what you are looking for.

I've given this a solid 5-star rating, though the fit was off. It's a beautiful bra (fuchsia) & the band size was perfect, but the cup was a little big & puckered along the center seam. I'd already done research about fit issues before ordering & HerRoom has excellent Fit Information (see link at bottom of page), which really helped me. Customer Service was very responsive in helping when I sent them a message, so I'm exchanging the bra for the next cup size down. Can't wait to get the replacement!

I am actually in between sizes in this brand. The 36 is a tad big in the band so it rolls a little on me, but the bra is a nice one. I love the retro look and shape, which I find flattering for a large size. The lace is a tad itchy, but that is all lace as far as I'm concerned. I agree with the Fitter's Comments- if you are petite or short waisted, this may not work for you. I am 5'3" and the sides rub under my armpit (I'm also a bit heavy). Basically I love the bra, I just don't really fit in it perfectly. But I think it will soften up over time.

The closure tab is quite short, therefore fits tight even on first row of hooks. This is uncomfortable for all-day wear.
HerRoom Response: We're sorry this bra did not work for you. Please refer to our comment in the size chart where we suggest adjusting your traditional size for a better Elila fit. Go up 1 band size and down 2 cup sizes from your current bra size. For example, if you typically wear a 38D we recommend trying a 40B in Elila. This size is available in the Embroidered Microfiber Soft-cup Bra 1301.

I have purchased several of these bras, and they are the best non-wire support bras that I have found. Would like to see more colors in my size. Rotating five bras and wearing them every day, they will hold up about a year--not bad for heavy breasts. Cons lace is scratchy till washed a few times. Side stays should be 1-1/2" shorter for petite women. By evening the sides are curling and uncomfortable. I live a very active lifestyle, so would love to find the same bra made shorter on the sides. Despite above defiantly one of my go to bras.

Review on First Buying: I thought this would be way too big initially, but it fit fair with a bit more coverage than i'm normally used to. I normally wear underwires and this doesn't have one. Despite that it was fairly comfortable.
Review on 1 Year of Wear: The non underwire hasn't held up too well. Its kind of uncomfortable but not unwearable.
Elila Response: If your bra is uncomfortable you may have the wrong size but if you are looking for less coverage try our style 1803 molded softcup. Bras usually last about 6 months, remember to have at least three bras in your wardrobe so you can wear one, wash one and have one to rest.

I have purchased Elila products a number of times and have several that I presently use. The sizes have always been right on the money for me. This time I bought 2 bras since I'm familiar with it's fit and style. Sadly, it was SO SMALL that I could have went up 2 more cup sizes for it to fit. Plus, even if it fit in the cup, there was an unusual point in the nipple area. Also, just holding the bra up, never mind when I tried it on, the cups made the breast point outward.
Elila Response: We suggest always trying a bra on for a few minutes before deciding if the fit is right or not right. When the fabric warms up on the body, the cup shape changes.

At first it felt comfortable. The lace in front where the cups connect to the shoulder straps rubs horribly. I have two matching scars from wearing this bra one day at work. Do not buy!!!

Not sure about this bra. Because I have gained weight, I ordered a larger bra and cup size and it fits just as tight as the previous bra I had in a smaller band and cup size. It wasn't very comfortable. The previous bra I had was much more comfortable when it was new. Now that I have worn it, I am stuck with it. I guess I have to stick it the drawer until I lose weight.
Elila Response: As our bodies change on a regular basis, it's always a good idea to double check your measurement before purchasing a bra to help ensure the best fit possible.

Love this bra! The pretty lace is great. I also like that you have gorgeous colors not just the black, nude and white. Some really wonderful colors! We have chlorine and phosphorus in water here and colors look so much better later on too! It's great the straps are non-stretch as the stretch is great for smaller sizes, but the kind on this bra hold up better after wear and washing and also I like that my breast do not bounce around!!!!

It's not HerRoom's fault, but my own. I should have ordered either 38K or L or a molded type bra. I have a problem with breast size, the right is larger than the left. Irregardless of whichever type of bra I get I have to be conscious of that fact. This still is an excellent bra because it does not dig into shoulders. In order to give a really honest review a person must wear the bra.

Great support. Sling design keeps the girls where they belong. Well made, washes well, and is pretty. Cons fabric can be a bit scratchy, but does soften after a few washings. Wish there were more colors, I am short, so the sides are too high in the armpit, and extend too close to the waist. Wish I could get this same bra shortened 1.5" on the side.

Good fit, good support. The sides of the cups rub a bit and the lace is stiff, but I have only worn and washed it once so far. I've read where others have said the lace softens over time, so perhaps the part that rubs will soften too. I like the no-stretch straps, they stay in place much better and offer more support than stretchy straps.

This is a fabulous bra if you've got full breasts. However I have come to learn that I do not. Mine sag down some, and seem to be fuller on the bottom compared to the top. This bra made that evident. Though it does offer almost too good of support. If you can fill out the cup then this bra will work great for your breasts. It is very supportive and comfortable!

Wonderful bra!! I had to go up a band size and the lace is a bit crispy at first but softens after washing and molds to your shape. The cup slings give perfect support and are truly made for active women. Another bonus to the lace is superior ventilation when the temperatures rise and there are no dig marks at the end of the day. This is one of my favorite bras because of the support, comfort, beauty and very high quality. Very highly recommended!

This bra is perfect in every way! It gives maximum support, shapes the bust beautifully and doesn't allow side spillage. It looks fantastic under clothing and is so pretty. The lace softens with washing and is so comfortable, you hardly can feel it on. I use it under dressy tops but it works really well as a sports bra because of the phenomenal support and the lace provides ventilation. Its a win/win!

I went to a specialty store to get a true measurement. I went home and found your website, was happy to be able to purchase two bras for the price of one at the specialty store. I was a very happy with the shipping time, however the bras I selected are way too small. There is no way they are true to size, they do not even compare in size to the specialty bra I ordered. Very uncomfortable bra not true to size. However, I do not blame her room for that, it was my bad decision. I would order from you again. Thanks.

After reading multiple reviews, it was suggested to add five inches to band size for Elila brand bras. That seemed odd and I should have trusted my first instinct to choose another brand. The bra was way too big. Even on the tightest hooks, I could fit my entire fist under the band. Furthermore, the cups were extremely pointy and unflattering.

The only problem I had was that I was afraid of it running too small, so I ordered a band size larger than I measured for. Because of that, mine is a little uncomfortable, and the cups seem to point slightly out, because the band is too big. Other than that, I am very pleased with this bra. The straps are difficult to adjust, so they stay in place once you have them the size you want them. I have only had to adjust mine once, and I have a very large bust compared to my rib-cage (as you can see from the size) my bust tends to flop and sag, but this held me in place so that my clothes fit better, and I have a waistline (where before my chest tended to sag so far down that I didn't really have a waistline. I am very pleased with this product!

I have been wearing this style Elila Bra for several years now. I almost panicked when I found my regular supplier no longer carries them. But thank goodness for Her Room.
This is a perfect bra for those who need firm support ( have no elastic on the shoulder straps) and don't want stays or underwires. They are soft and light weight , extremely well made and wash quite well in the washer. I do air dry them though. I have been wearing my last batch for two years without any visible signs of wear.

I really like the coverage and comfort of this bra, but it is too large in the band. I took the advice and added 5" to my band measurement which came to 41, so I ordered a 40. I had to hook it on the tightest row, so I am returning for a 38.

It is one of the more comfortable bras I have found, while still giving a good amount of support. The sides can be a little uncomfortable with the support they try to put into it and after a while lose the shape.

This bra was an answer to managing large- unruly breasts during intimacy. I needed surrounding support-good uplift and somewhat sheer-- visual for partner enticement. It gives all three with a pleasant appearance. I have worn this bra with semi- and sheer blouses which gives and is definitely appealing.

The fit is pretty darn good. I do have a slight problem with cup size and need slightly smaller. Maybe after bra is washed it will shrink slightly but is about one-half inch too big in the cup size and I am debating about getting a 48D next time. Also, there is a slight tenancy for the bra to ride up at the back and I think it would be better if the band were straight across on the bottom of front band of the bra.

I have been buying the Elila 1303 bra for nearly 8 years. The bra offers excellent support and wears quite well - except for recently. Of the 3 new bras I ordered in January 2012, 2 of them have torn at the seam of the strap (on the right side on the back). The tearing happened in May 2012 - 4 months of wear which clearly isn't every day wear. They are torn over halfway, which renders them completely useless. Sad really as I'm still wearing bras from 2-3 years ago for yard work and they have held up like a charm. Expensive bra at only 4 months of use.

Washed well, Fit good. The straps are not elastic so there is no give to them..but they were okay. The seams of the cups scratched and it was scratchy in several places.. even after washing. I noticed the scratching several times. otherwise it is okay.

I do like the fit of the bra. But I should have ordered a 42 instead of a 44. But the "girls" do fit nicely.
The one thing I don't like is that it itches under the arm. I am hoping after a few washings that will disappear.

The cups made my breasts appear pointy through my blouse. The material was not soft or comfortable against my skin.
Elila Response:
When trying on a full support garment it is best to let your body warm up the fabric in order to give the garments it’s final shape. It’s best to hand wash a garment before you wear it to clean any finishes from the garment.

I had bought this bra in 44F before but the cup was somewhat small and I was leaking at the band. So I thought I would try 44 G. Did not think the 42 band size would have worked-as I have tried this with other bras and they have not worked well- so did not go down on band size. I wore out the 44G bra for one day and was really very uncomfortable as the material itched. I did feel though that this could have some fabric softener may have dealt with this. The cups seemed big and I was still leaking at the band. I don't think the cup shape goes deep enough for me.

This would be more comfortable if the side seems were much shorter. It comes down to my waist because I am so short from neck to waist. I would have also liked the opportunity to try 1 cup size larger, but this bra does not come in a 36I.

I got fitted and measured with this bra a few years ago at a specialty bra shop, and I loved it! However, I didn't purchase the bra at that time, because it cost $60+ dollars! So, after many years of wearing the WRONG bra size, I finally found this bra at HerRoom.com, bought it, received it in the mail today, and it still fits as well now as it did then and cost A LOT LESS!! I will be investing in another one soon!

Good support, comfortable, helps with good posture. Since one breast is 2 cup sizes larger than the other, I pick a cup size in the middle. The cup size seems to accommodate both breasts well. Since I have different cup sizes for each breast I cannot wear an underwire without being poked in one side. Please do not discontinue this model.

this is the itchiest bra I have ever worn. The fit is great but I agree with some other reviewers that the band rolls. More than anything, though, is the itching. I've washed it three times and it didn't make a difference. Each time I try to wear it, I end up taking it off after a couple hours because of the itching and rubbing of the fabric
Elila Response: I appreciate your feedback. My thoughts are that your skin must be very sensitive. I can say for my part that this is a very good selling style and I have had very, very few complaints about it being itchy. One suggestion would be to include fabric softner the next time your wash it.

I was professionally fitted for this bra about 4 years ago. My size has fluctuated a bit (gained weight) so I have adjusted the band/cup size accordingly and have had no issues with fit (originally I was 42E). This is my absolute favorite bra. I keep trying underwire bras that are sexier and claim to offer stability, but nothing wears like the Elila. I can wear it all day and not even be thinking about it or needing to adjust it - which is important to me. It's a nice looking bra, but it's really not that sexy - I'll take function over looks anytime!

I really like this bra. I'm actually back at the site ordering a second one. I really like the tight fit because it feels good on my back, which when I wear bra's not as supportive, I have back aches. I can take this off at the end of the day and realize how good my back feels! It is a bit stiff and scratchy at first, and I didn't want to wear it, but after several washings, it feels great and there isn't any scratchiness. I'll wash the next one a few times before wearing it. :) Thanks for such a great website and the great help your customer service you offer.

I am very short in the torso ( I'm 4'11), so this bra rolls the moment I put it on. Other than that, I have not found a better supporting soft cup bra. The fabric is a little itchy in the inner sling and by the joint of the cup and the strap. It is slightly annoying but will not keep me from wearing it except in the summer. Overall, it is an excellent bra and if I were taller I would buy 10 more.

Bra manufacturers are moving towards making bras wirefree with the claim that it is just as supportive. THIS IS SO NOT TRUE!!!!! Big heavy busted women CANNOT wear this style bra! It offers absolutely no support at all!! How could they possibly think that full figured women that wear cup sizes "F" or larger be able to wear a no-wire bra. The entire structure of the bra breaks down entirely with the weight of the breast. Elila, Goddess and Glamorise STOP TRYING TO FOOL WOMEN INTO BELIEVING THIS!!!! HerRoom Response: We respectfully disagree with you. There are many soft cup bras with great support. The key is selecting ones with built-in support panels. We do agree that a soft cup bra does not give the same silhouette definition as an underwire bra.

The size of the band is bothersome to me. the bottom rolls up because it is so far down on my ribs. I am enjoying having a bra that my breasts fit into. I like the non stretch straps. I like the support it gives me. This is not the perfect one for me due to the rolling of the band. It is better than my former bras so I am at least on the right track. I am enjoying the HerRoom website. It is nice to shop in privacy. HerRoom Response: Women who are short in stature can have an issue with the band rolling.

This is so uncomfortable. The straps do not stretch at all. It lifts and parts but my boobs poke out to the sides and look like Madonna's Cone boobs. The side plastic support cuts into my arm pits. If you are a heavier set woman with more to love on the sides, I would not recommend this. This is a great website though. HerRoom Response: Many bras in larger sizes use rigid straps. The reason is that they are stronger, give more solid support, and will not stretch out of shape. A bra strap is never meant to hold more than 10% of the breast's weight. If it does, chances are your bra size is incorrect. If you are a petite person in stature, side poking can occur. One solution is to select a bra with a more demi cup. This way the sides and underwires will be shorter to accomodate a shorter torso.

This bra is great ! At first I thought it a little tight but then realizsed my old bra was not giving me the support I needed. I can not say enough good about this bra. web site. I shall order more in the future.
