This type of bra is hard to find and it is the perfect solution for one who has slopping shoulders. I love this bra. It is comfortable, nice looking and solves my slipping strap problem. Shirley from Peel, AR, USA

I love the bra, was comfortable the first time I put it on. I had hoped it would have a little bit more fabric support to help push up. Deborah from Stevenson WA

The bra was ok. I am really looking for the same kind of bra, but without underwire. I wear this one on days that I'm not putting in the extra hours. The first time I wore it was a 12 day for me and by 6pm I wanted to take it off and didn't care who was in the office with me. I did unhook it on the ride home.

Curvation Response:Unfortunately this style is being phased out. There is no other front close available from our line in your size. Marge from Phila Pa

I purchased this item in two sizes (the other, one cup size smaller). In both cases, the top ends of the underwire poke the insides of my arms. Although I usually wear a 42, I ordered 44's in case the band runs small ... and it does. The bra feels tight. I'm happy to find a front closure/racer back bra in my size, and it feels a little better after one machine wash/line dry. The discomfort with this bra is no different from any other bra I've tried over the past few years (usually high-end, full figure bras at major department stores) - but I'm pleased this bra was reasonably priced. The search for a comfortable and supportive and stylish bra continues (sigh). Since HerRoom's site and service are so good, I can continue the search from the comfort of my own home at the very least. Jennifer from Norfolk, VA USA

Wonderful Bra....very comfortable and I love the front closure. Well made and at a great price. Very hard to find a good bra in my size and this one is a joy to wear. Ordered one cup size bigger and it was just right. Thanks again for making this bra affordable !! Carol from Henderson Nevada

It's a very comfortable bra, I have worn it a few times. Had to adjust the straps for it to fit because I can probably go to a 40DD, but do not want to do that. Expecting to loose weight which will help my cause. But the bra's are comfortable and lift well. It was a good purchase. Veronica from NJ

I especially like the way this bra fits around the sides and back. And, while it is a "racerback", the straps don't tend to slide up close to my neck, as my others do, which then causes the straps to show. I am a big fan of front closure/underwire. This bra has it all. I am anxious to see how it holds up under washing, before buying more of them. So far so good! Thank you! Robin from Byron Center/MI/USA

I like this bra. At first I thought it was too small, but as I wore it I realized that the snug fit helps the posture. I have been wearing the Wacoal front closure underwire for several years. The cups on the Wacoal are much thinner material and somewhat see thru. The Curvation is lined and gives a better look under t-shirts. I like the Curvation so much I am ordering more today! Love not having the straps slidding down the shoulders all day!! Why can't all bra's be this comfortable!! Love the easy front closure ..no hooks to hang up on other items in the washer. Smooth under anything. Got some for my daughters too. :-) Shelly from Hartville Ohio

Because I read the reviews I ordered the next size and it fit perfectly. I do not know why front hook bras are so difficult to find. They certainly make life easier. The hook in no way seems flimsy. My next goal, full figured, front hook with a flattering minimizer. I'm getting closer! Linda from New Jersey

LOVE this bra. Being a very well endowed girl, I have trouble finding bras that keep the "girls" from pointing south. This is one of the few bras that does the trick not just in the morning but all day! I plan to get more! Cathy from Chicago, IL

I like this bra due to its' wide back support for a front closure bra. It fits true to size and is comfortable, with a slight cup lining and is just enough for me. I recommend this bra to others. JULIE from DES MOINES, IA

Finding a racer-back bra in my size at a reasonable price is amazing! The quality was good and it was cute as well. Unfortunately, the bra cups were cut too small. I had to return them. Jeanne from Harrison, OH

i wish you carried 42 E so i wouldnt need to purchase a 42 DD the bra didnt fit the best it could and the 2nd bra i bought fits aweful.

HerRoom Response: Generally, an E cup is also a DD cup size. However, some brands call an E cup a larger cup size. You really need to compare apples to apples. This is why we have a great Brand Comparison Chart to help you figure this out. ann from warwick, ri 02888

Feels a little tight around the midriff. Cups are fine.

Curvation Response:Curvation will be pulling some of their recent production in size 38D and 40D to review if these garments are coming within our specs. This particular style is front close and does not have an adjustable hook and eye thus preventing adjustability. barbara from new york, new york

i had high hopes for this bra to replace a lane bryant racerback that i've had for at least five years. when it arrived, it seemed sturdier and it fit fine, if a tad small, considering that i'd already ordered a size up since front-close bras always fit a bit smaller.

i wore it twice, and put it in the wash on gentle, and came back to find that the underwire had popped through on both sides. i tried to push it back in, with the thought of adding some extra fabric and darning at the underarm end to keep it from happening again, but i can't even get the cloth to stretch over the wire... the underwire is simply too long for the size of the cups on this bra.

HerRoom Response: Sounds like the casing that covers the bra has shrunk. Hot water and/or a dryer will do this. leslie from nashville tn

After having shoulder surgery, I am unable to fasten a regular bra. For someone my size, fastening in front and turning the bra simply does not work. I was delighted to find a front closing bra that I can put on by myself that flatters my figure. Cindy from Tampa, FL
