I usually wear a medium in panties and from the size chart, I should have fit in a medium, however I also bought a large and that is what fits. I think the large fits good on me since I have fuller hips and thighs from having children. I'm a fit build at 5'6" and 145 lbs. They are comfortable under jeans and even my snuggly fit cords don't show a panty line and no riding up! The lace gives them a sexy flair. They are more comfortable than VS and Hanes panties I've purchased. They stretch to fit without binding into your skin. A bit pricey, but they are imported from Italy.
