These are fabulous! I have always had little bitty boobs, but now I have saggy little bitty boobs. I hate padded and/or push up bras because they feel hard, not soft like breasts. But I can wear these with a regular bra - even a plunge bra and have cleavage and they are soft and feel natural. Also, after a little while they stick to my skin, so they won't shift. I LOVE THEM!!! These are wonderful- especially in a bra. I wore them in a couple bathing suites over the weekend, and they looked great! I did have to remove them from my strapless bathing suit top when I was throwing the frisbee- but I expected they wouldn't stay in place with out an adhesive backing. They add very little to the bust. Pros: Lightweight, clear, comfortable. Cons: Pricey for the little size increasement, very little difference in size. For me, it was as if I was wearing a padded bra- I wasn't very satisfied with this product because it didn't even seem to give me the full cup it claimed to. However, if you're looking for a little size increasement and weight is an issue, you might want to look into these. I liked how lightweight they were but that was pretty much it. Jann from Missouri

Beware if you wear a 32A or smaller. Odds are you won't be able to fit the entire silicone insert into most of your bras. It will stick out. They would work best for women who already have a medium to large chest. I was rather disappointed to find this but I plan to give them a try anyways. Response from vendor: Our takeouts are intended for women with a smaller bustline, and will therefore have the greatest impact for them. They are designed to add a cup size, and work best with a bra that has a full cup--not a demi or bralette. We have had a great response from women who are in the A-B cup range who wear them with their regular bra. This one-size product works for most women in most bras. These are great! Very comfortable to wear, I forget I'm wearing them after awhile. I bought these because I've been considering surgery and I wanted to "try out" the bigger size before I take the permanent plunge. I really wasn't sure about the "take Outs" but I needed something inside of a strapless bra. I have never worn "cookies," as my daughter calls them. My dress was very low cut and I needed an "umph" in there. They stayed exactly in place, no adhesive necessary. They did not make me sweat, which was another concern of mine.
