Carnival Response: The straps on this bra are padded so the straps have less adjustment that other longlines. For a longline bra with good support and camisole straps that have a larger adjustment range we suggest you try
Carnival Front Closure Longline Bra 745.
Carnival Response: For t-shirts we suggest trying Carnival Full Figure Camisole Longline Bra 720 or Carnival Front Closure Longline Bra 745.
HerRoom Response: We are sorry to hear that this bra did not work for you. We suggest checking out our Bra Fitting Center to find your perfect size in this bra.

Carnival Response: Based on your complaint it seems you should have tried a 44 in this bra. The armholes and strap length increase incrementally with the back size on this garment. The reason the straps are wide set in front and not the back is a) the support is better for larger cups and b) this make it easier to adjust on the slim band versus the thick.

Carnival Response: Even within the same brand different bras have different cuts and fit differently. Just because you were a 40DDD in another one of our styles doesn’t mean that this bra will fit you in the same size. Which is also why you want to consider the fact that this is a longline; so it will fit more torso and you may need a different size due to that.

Carnival Response: This bra as well as almost every long line bra is made to go down to the belly button. If it goes any lower there will be complaints of discomfort when sitting down.

We have been manufacturing this bra for over 30 years and this is the first complaint we have received about the support this bra offers. It is specifically made for larger top heavy women.
Mildred from Milwaukee, milw
Carnival Response: All of our longline bras are designed to go to the belly button area. On an average height woman this is where the bottom band will lay.
