Cup size was bigger then a C so it has creases that show on the outside, and the material is a itchy
HerRoom Response: We feel this sports bra runs true to size. We are not aware of any itchy quality, but a quick wash/soak in fabric softener should help.

This sports bra was recommended to me by a friend with a larger bust like myself that also does high impact workouts. I had very high hopes for this sports bra.
The Pros to this sports bra is it has a high raised front so no spillage when bending over, thicker straps for support and no digging into the shoulders, comfortable to wear overall and great for yoga, barre classes, or just to wear around (extremely low impact activities)
The Cons to this Bra is there is absolutely no hold for high impact activities, I`d be better off in my regular bra. The straps are so thick (yes, that was a pro too). If you want to wear cute, breathable workout tank tops, this bra doesn't look good with those at all.
I am still searching for a fantastic sports bra for larger busts that actually performs. This bra unfortunately isn't it!

This is the best fitting active bra I've ever found. It's so comfortable and keeps the girls from squishing together or falling underneath. I don't have to constantly readjust...it just stays in place. The straps are not in the same spot as any other brands either...so no adding to the daily gouge in the shoulder or weighing on the neck. Absolutely recommend this...so much that I find myself wearing it outside of sports and workouts. It's just that comfortable.

I've relied on this bra for years but the new design is horrible. The band is uncomfortable, there is back spillage where there used to be none and the cups have less coverage which doesn't help the large-busted among us. I tried 3 different size combos without any luck. It's incredibly frustrating when companies try to fix something that isn't broken.

Surprised and disappointed: I ordered this because I have other bras in this size and model that fit perfectly, yet the one I just received was very different. The cups are shaped differently than before, and the new ones have more padding (which bunches oddly). I could not get the straps to lay flat on my body in the new bra, so I had to return it. I don't know why Moving Comfort changed the bra, but I hope they change it back!

I have previously owned 3 Maia sports bras and loved them. They recently changed the design, and this bra no longer fits me. I am petite (5') and a 34DD, so it is hard for me to find bras that fit and do the job - especially when working out! I need an underwire bra with great support that adjusts.
HerRoom Response:
I'm sorry this bra did not work for you. You might try the Embody Sports Bra 350067 with adjustable and convertible straps. It is a very similar construction to Maia and comes in DD(D2) - G(D6) cups.

I am so disappointed in the changes. I have one of these that I bought a few years ago that I absolutely love but it is getting pretty grungy. I recently ordered a 42DD and the band was too big so it hikes up in the back. So then I ordered a 40DD and it is so tight I can't breathe and there is so much back and armpit spillage that it is very unattractive. It is much different in how it fits compared with the older style.

Comfortable, supportive, modest. Only two reason I gave this bra 4 stars instead of 5: one, this redesign is more challenging to put on than the original, although it is more supportive than the original (and that's saying a lot); two, I seldom can find my size in colors other than black and white. Considering it can double as a camisole, it would be nice to buy it in more colors. I also think Moving Comfort should consider making this bra in larger sizes.

I'm on the edge of tall and average 5'8.5". I have this bra in a 38E and decided to get the 40E. I normally wear a 38F but it is really hard to find a good supportive athletic bra in 38F. I could use longer straps in this bra. Cup size is fair for me but I knew it would be tight given I was buying a smaller cup with the larger rib size. I'd recommend this bra especially if you can get it in your true size. It is supportive and provides coverage. which is great, especially if you wear it under a tank.

I found it extremely difficult to get into this bra due to the tight strap fabric. I've worn a different Moving Comfort style and loved that bra, but sadly it has been discontinued. LOVE this bra! I'm very athletic, and hate that bouncy feeling when I run. This bra provides good shape, lift, and compression and eliminates bounce better than any other sports bra I've tried. I've been buying this bra (and its slightly different predecessor) for the past 15 years, and can also say that the bra will last a very long time with proper care (I wash them in the washing machine but NEVER put them in the dryer). Moving Comfort makes great sports bras, but if you're large-breasted and hate bounce, definitely stay with the underwire versions, such as this one. It's also very comfortable!

When I first tried this on, I thought I needed a bigger size but after a few uses, it is perfect. Due to this, putting it on was a task the first couple of times but it has rapidly become one of my favourite bras especially for longer runs. The encapsulation is great and there is literally no bounce. The underwire is not uncomfortable and the straps are wide and don't irritate the skin. I highly recommend this bra - for me, it is perfect and totally suits my purposes.

I ordered this bra because it supplies modesty, and I don't have to wear extra layers under low cut shirts. I had to go down on the cup size and up on the band size to get the correct fit. This bra does keep the girls contained nicely. The only reason I gave it a four star is the lack of any padding for nipple coverage and the lack of color options in my size. Other than that, great bra.

Love the colour and design details but disappointed with fit. My usual Moving Comfort sport bras without under wiring fit me well at 36DD. I returned this Maia bra and exchanged it for a 36D. It is still too full in the cup and next time I will try the 36C. Otherwise, good support for running.

It's impossible to put on forwards & difficult to hook & front & turn to the back. But it is supportive when you finally get it on correctly.
Moving Comfort Response: A properly fitted sports bra, in most cases isn't easy in/out. The reason for this is that unlike our lingerie bra, the sports bra must fit very snug in the band and cup area to accurately hold the breast tissue in place during activity. Generally speaking, a good test of a proper fitting sports bra would be some measure of difficulty getting in and out.
