This wedge is great for that fuller figure look that some are not blessed with. It looks extremely natural with a nice weight that would coincide with a larger breast. I have a few different silicone inserts to fit different style bras and this fits most styles. A good staple to have in your hidden glam bag of tricks.

Had to try different ways to use these but now I'm really happy with the shape they give me.

The best thing I have found so far to make my breasts appear symmetrical. There is a "line" that you can see through the clothing, if you know what you are looking for, where the wedge meets the flesh - it is not completely smooth. It is difficult to place it just right, though, and it takes several tries to get it right. Understandable as everyone is different shaped. The biggest problem is once you have the wedge in place, aligning the nipples so they look even. But other than undergoing surgery, this is a very good product, and am happy with it.

Much too heavy, and too big for smaller sizes (A/B). The pads poke out of the bra.

PROS:
- Does add a full cup size
- Converts a basic underwire bra into a push up bra
CONS:
- They can be heavy. I highly recommend wearing these under a well constructed/nicely molded bra with straps...or these may weigh you down instead of providing lift

These were great and worked really well! I wore them without a bra and just placed them inside a strapless sweatheart dress. Only issue was they are on the long side so if my dress had been cut just a little more it would have shown out the sides.
I'm a 34 D

I am a 32AA and essentially flat chested. I can only speak from this frame of reference, so for a small bust these inserts were able to give even me a bit of cleavage!! Very exciting to me! There is a indentation on the inside which provides room for your nipple, so they are quite comfy! Good luck!
