These fit great. Pre-pregnancy I probably fit more in the size 3 category, but I have fairly thick calves/thighs (even before pregnancy!) which usually make tights/hose a bit too tight, so with thoughts of growing even more in mind, I got the size 4. I'm pretty happy with them so far! Even at the larger size, they don't feel too big, just comfortably roomy. The area around the hips/crotch felt a little tight or not as stretchy as the other areas, but that was just after trying them on, so it's probably just for more support. Either way, they are very comfortable and I feel confidant that I'll be able to wear them through the end of my pregnancy without issue.
