But, there is no 34F sizing in USA brands like Wacoal, Vanity Fair, or Natori. American brands call the size 34F a 34DDD. And, in UK brands like Panache and Fantasie, their 34F size is one cup size larger than in USA and European brands. If you want a European 34F bra size in UK brands, you need to select a 34E. Put another way, an F cup size can be the same size as the cup size E and cup size DDD. This can be very confusing for women when trying to find their 34F cup size in US and UK brands. But, problem solved! HerRoom has the solution with our exclusive Universal Cup sizing™ (UCS®). Cup sizes DDD, E and F combined are equal to a UCS® D3 cup size. So, all you need to do is search 34D3 at HerRoom and you'll find all the bras, swimwear, shapewear and more that come in your size. If you are a 34F size in UK brands, you would search 34D4.
Every bra size has a set of sister sizes. These are bra sizes where either the band, cup or both are just one size up or down from 34F. For examples a 34F bra size has sister sizes of 32G (D4) and 36DD. So, these three bra sizes – 32G (D4), 34F and 36DD all represent bras with the same cup size (when you go up a band size, you need to go down a cup size to maintain your cup volume) but different band sizes. A 32G (D4) has a smaller band than a 34F, and a 36DD has a larger band than a 34F bra size. IF a 34F and UK 34E and 34DDD US bra sizes fit you, this generally means your under bust measurement is 29 to 30 inches, and your over bust measurement is around 40 inches.
Bra size 34F is 75F in Europe and Japan, 90F in France, and 12DDD or F in Australia.
