It does exactly what it claims to do! I have suffered with a rash under my breasts for years, and this actually helped keep me dry to alleviate the rash! I couldn't be happier, and am so glad I ordered it! Sometimes you can believe what you read in magazines, as I saw a review for this product in First magazine. Babs from Rochester, NY USA

I wish there was a way to somehow tuck the ends of the bra liner to the bra. I have a hard time tucking the ends around my sides Deb from FL

I like this item very much. When I lived in Florida I could only wear ugly cotton bras because of the sweating.I suffered from rashes if I wore anything else.Summer in NJ is still hot and I'm so glad I discovered these last year.I bought 2 last summer and they do the job.Just bought 3 more so I have enough to last till laundry day.Glad someone finally invented these, but as someone else suggested,I wouldn't mind if they went all the way around. suzanne from cape may,nj usa

This is coming in handy for a reason not anticipated. Bought post breast cancer surgery for discomfort with sweating under breasts and needing to wear even a light sport bra to bed. Developed a nasty fungal rash from chemo and can't have skin touch skin. This pad helps even laying down without a bra. Getting a second one! Sheila from Oregon

I have worn these a few times as it is very hot. They are great under synthetic bras as I like the underwires. As stated previously, I require cotton bras in the tropical climate. Most are not very elegant, so the liners are a good alternative to all cotton bras which don't seem to come in very nice styles. Helga from Halifax NS Canada

These are great..Although awkward to place, I've gotten used to it and with a good underwire support bra they do the trick. I am pleased they are washable, not disposable, but wish they were a bit less expensive. They do stay in place. Fair

I did not like this item. It did not fit comfortably and just made me feel hot instead of keeping me feeling cool under my bra. rhonda from bellingham, ma

I like this item . But...it is difficult to place. I'd rather it continue all the way around and fasten in the back. Then the bra over it. The "Wick'em" does absorb well...just difficult to use. Kathleen from Columbus, Oh,USA
