Thank God for Wacoal's bra designs! They are the only product line that fits breasts accurately. And they are so comfy (yes, I mean the under-wired ones). I didn't give it five stars because it's not as fancy as I like. And HerRoom is the only site I've found that has reduced prices on Wacoal. Lynn from Portland, OR

I love Wacoal and this is their most inexpensive minimizer. It is relatively tight fitting, but has great support and great minimization. It is one of my go to bras when I need to be "smaller" up front for an outfit to look proper. The only negative is that sometimes the wires poke under my arms, but nothing I can't live with for the great minimizing look it gives me. I will be purchasing more of these. Bambi from Chicago, IL

I ordered this less than a year ago, and one of the wires popped through. I haven't had that problem since I began ordering from this site. I actually tried a couple others but sent them back and reordered this one because I like it so well. Hopefully the first one was a fluke. The only drawback is that you can't wear lowcut shirts with this bra, but otherwise I love it. Abby from Ohio

I loved this bra at first and quickly purchased a second one but they both quickly became the worst bras I've ever worn and I say that after having been a long term, dedicated Wacoal fan. It took about 6 weeks of wear (and gentle washing) when I started noticing a tiny bit of annoyance in the breast area under my armpits whenever I wore this bra (both bras did the same thing so it wasn't a 'bad apple' issue). I continued wearing the bras because of the fabulous shape created - this bra does a great job of balancing proportions without smashing down my boobs - but I looked in the mirror one day to discover bruises on the sides of my breasts where I had been feeling the minor annoyances. I'm in a state of financial flux right now so spending more money on new bras is not in the cards which is really too bad because this bra held such promise. If it helps to know, I'm a DD with a big ribcage and wide shoulders with a little bit of extra weight but otherwise average sized.

Wacoal Response: Bras will irritate under the arms when the back size is incorrect. It sounds like you are buying a bra in too small of a band size. I believe you said you are a 36--try a size 38 and maybe even move the hook over one time and you may find more comfort. Eden3000 from San Francisco, CA

I love these bras. I am a petite woman and only weigh 114 lbs so it is essential for a bra to fit well. the bra is an excellent fit, but becasue of my narrow shoulders small stature with the extra problem of a large bust, my only complaint would be that the straps are not wide enough and can cut into my upper shoulders. but I love the bra and will continue to buy them. Very uncomfortable, runs small, wires poked under arm and had to return it.

Wacoal Response: This bra is a minimizer and by design it will fit smaller because it compresses the bust for the minimizing\smaller appearance. Try a regular Wacoal full figure bra- we suggest Wacoal Basic Beauty Full Figure Underwire Bra 855192 it will give you the appearance you want and will be more comfortable. Barbara from Irmo, SC USA

This was my first Wacoal purchase and probably my last. Due to a possible design flaw, the underwire on the right dug into my skin so badly as to cause pain. There's no way I could ever wear that bra comfortably and I had to return it. Wacoal may be ok for smaller busted women, but with someone with a chest like mine not a good buy. Jackie from Ohio

Fit was just ok for me. I didn't feel this bra was a well made as ones I have ordered before from Wacoal. the material was not as smooth. I sent this one back.

I have been buying these bras for years, but the last two shipments 3 out of 4 then 2 out of four the wires have come through the sides. This is the best fitting bra I have found so far so I hope this doesn't continue. I have bras in this same type that are three years old and the wires have not come through. Hoping its a bad batch. I love this bra because if fits so well and does a great job of minimizing, but after purchasing the same bra at a department store, and then a black one from Herroom, I am disappointed. The wires are installed such that the end of the wire on the arm side are sharp and are poking through the fabric after only a few days of wearing it. They are sharp and creating a lot of discomfort . I will have to sew something over the section that is poking through to prevent further irritation. Madeline from Highlands Ranch, Colorado USA
