Very Comfortable bra, but somewhat of a minimizing effect, which I don't care for. It didn't lift the "girls" nearly as well as other bras I have tried, and gave more of a teardrop shape. Good fit and comfort for an everyday bra, but not so flattering under clingy clothes when you need really good lift and support. Karly from Fresno

This is a very pretty, comfortable bra. However, I don't feel that it gives as much support as I would like. I would definitely recommend the Goddess #5910 over this one...it makes me feel as if I've had a breast lift. Vicki from Urbandale, IA

Not only is this bra beautiful, it fits perfectly. I have implants and by breast size 34 D. The breast itself measures 9 inches from under the arm to just the edge of the breast towards my chest. It covers my whole cup, and looks great with tight fitting clothes. Love it! Thanks Marla from Roseburg, Oregon USA

This is a beautiful bra, but there is definitely something wrong with the sizing. I have several Wacoal bras in the same size, and they fit great! This one is too tight in the back, even on the last hook, and too small in the cups. I have written to the company and asked them to determine if an error was made in the manufacture of this bra.

HerRoom Response: Thank you for your feedback. We have not heard of a sizing problem with this style. Bonni from Marietta, GA, USA

I have searched for a long time for a bra that actually fit with no "spillage" in the front and that I was not constantly having to pull down in the back. This bra gives great support and I am definitely going to buy it again. Thanks! Janet from Kenansville NC

Band size 32 runs small. Should have ordered a 34. I have to add an extender. Good support, but separates breasts to the sides a little too much. Comfortable shoulder straps. Lorri from Los Gatos/CA

I recently bought a 40D from another store, and I thought, since it turned out to be too tight, that a 42 would help. Unfortunately, it's every bit as tight and uncomfortable as the 40, so I would not buy another Wacoal, and I'm considering returning this one.

HerRoom Response: This is a most unusual comment. Wacoal is very consistently sized. Perhaps one of the bras was mis-marked for its size. Carol from Des Plaines/IL/USA

I had this bra fitted at a local lingerie store. It's a perfect fit! It does not dig into my shoulders and there's no cup runeth over! Donna from Marlborough, MA

I consider myself a discerning customer, and Wacoal exceeds my expectations every time. This particular bra does not dig into my shoulders, keeps its shape over time, and has a beautiful pattern that doesn't show through tops. I give it an A+. Beth from Princeton, NJ

This is the most comfortable bra I have ever owned!! I have always hated bra buying--I have a drawer full of "this good enough get me out of the store" bras. I now have bought several of these Wacoals and to me it is worth the money. The straps are wide enough and do not dig into your shoulders. The cup fit is very smooth and gives a nice shape. It really moves with you. And it's pretty! I totally recommend this bra!! Lisa from Chicago, Illinois

This bra is not as comfortable on me as are other Wacoal bras (especially #18585) - it comes up very high under the arms, and the wire is uncomfortable. I must admit that I have physically bent the underwire to more closely follow the curve of my ribcage, though I don't believe this is to be recommended. Perhaps the notorious "Wacoal stretch" will in time take care of this problem. The cups seem a bit smaller than other Wacoals I own, but this too my be taken care of by the "stretch." I do like the material, as I believe it will hold up better than the regular one-layer microsuede "ultra" cups. I don't understand why the padded part of the strap wasn't designed to come farther up on the shoulder. Unless it feels better soon, I don't believe I will buy this bra again. Wow - in my eternal search for the "perfect" bra - I found this one and it is by far the best bra I have ever owned! It's supportive and pretty and lasts a long time. It is really difficult to find the right kind of support all the way around - such as this bra provides - highly recommend to anyone - love the straps, too. Susan from League City, TX

My first Wacoal ever was a HUGE success!!! I have spent money and hours looking for a bra that was, first of all, supportive and comfortable. At 59 it is absolutely necessary to have the support I need. I found it was especially difficult to find a SEAMLESS bra that did all I needed it to do. PLEASE do not discontinue this line. I'm tempted to try other styles but am afraid they will not fit like this one does. Keep them coming!

HerRoom Response: Wacoal is very proud of the fact that their fit is consistent between styles. Carol from Evansville, IN

With a small band size but a large cup size, it seems I'm always on the search for a comfortable, supportive and attractive bra (not an easy task). This bra fits all three criteria and more: It has wide, padded straps; it lifts and "holds the girls in place"; its underwire doesn't hurt or press into my rib cage; it's lined and not flimsy (in cold temps, the world doesn't see me "nipping out"!); it's seamless and very smooth so it can be worn under snug-fitting tops; finally, it seems very sturdy and well-constructed (yet pretty). I've only had this bra a week, but so far I'm very pleased--it's better than any of the umpteen ill-fitting bras sitting in my lingerie drawer! Also--thank you to this HerRoom for offering sizes that are not available at department stores (Nordstrom, Von Maur, etc.). It's a real help! :) Gee from Chicago, IL

It has been my most perfect fitting bra since my first purchase from Lord and Taylor last year. However, I have not been able to get to a Lord and Taylor, and I'm very happy to have found this site. Angela from Glen Oaks, New York, U.S.A.

WOW! I finally found the right one. It is hard to find a good fit for my smaller band size and my 'ski-slope' breasts. I have one breast that is slightly larger than the other, and this bra covers the best of any bra I have ever put on. I love how it fits under the arms too - nice coverage. I have the body suede one too, but this one is much more comfortable on the rib bones, as I can't feel the underwire. Really lift the breasts up so nicely -- and I like tighter fitting athletic clothing, and it doesn't show the nipples, and doesn't flatten me out. Age 63 Sara from Ohio

I've tried a LOT of bras in search of the perfect one. I've finally found it in this bra! Comfort, fit and quality all wrapped up in one bra. I love the tapered, lightly padded straps. They are not only functional and comfortable, they are attractive. In my lifetime, this is the first bra I have ever owned that I have not needed to tug back into place several times during the day. The icing on the cake? It's versatility; it looks fabulous under ANY type of clothing. Wacoal has a real winner here. As other reviewers have said, I hope that they continue to produce this bra indefinitely! Susan from Louisville/KY/USA

I went to Nordstrom when they had a bra fitting day and the woman helping me brought me this bra. I couldn't believe how it felt when I put it on! I have been wearing various sizes - from 38B to 42C - trying to find a bra that would not hurt around the band and would make my breasts feel supported. I NEVER would have bought a D cup size on my own. I now own three Walcoal bras - all 36D, and they feel wonderful all day. My only problem is that my shoulder straps occasionally slide down. I have tried tightening the straps and have had mixed success, but I am so happy with the fit in every other way that I will continue to wear these wonderful bras. I would suggest to every woman out there that you MUST get a fitting done by a professional if you are uncomfortable in your current size. One more comment, when I put this Walcoal bra on and called the bra fitter back into the dressing room she pulled the bra up in the front and down on the back strap. Then she had me lean forward and "arrange" my breasts into the cups. The difference in the fit was unbelievable. The "girls" actually face forward and "ride high"! I feel 20 years younger - and I'm 60! Nan from Rockville,MD

I reviewed this bra four years ago (yep, I'm the same Sarah who reviewed it first), and I'm about to make what must be my sixth or seventh purchase of this bra. I love it, and I hope to goodness that Wacoal never stops making them! Sarah from Little Rock/AR/USA

This bra is wonderful. You don't have to look any more for a comfortable, stylish fitting bra. No more cutting into your shoulder and sides, you forget you even have a bra on! I'm so happy to have found this amazing bra. Thanks to Wacoal for a truly comfortable bra. Valerie from San Jose, CA
