I used to wear this bra when I was younger and thinner (before I had kids). I always loved it and did not know that it came in larger cup sizes. It minimizes beautifully and provides excellent support. I ordered it a cup size larger than I usually wear b/c I thought Wacol ran small, but I think I must have been wrong b/c the underwire came up too high and the material on top of my breasts was loose - I am considering ordering it in my usual size. It is an expensive bra, but I found that it lasts 2x longer than most bras, so you get your money's worth.

HerRoom Response: When purchasing a minimizer, you should buy in your nomal bra size - do not go up or down a size.

This bra fit okay but it pokes out in the front between the cups. Looks awful. have had to quit wearing it because of the poking out.

HerRoom Response: This symptom is a classic indication that you need to go up at least 1 cup size. When the wires at the center front are poking forward and away from the chest, this means that your breasts are too large for the underwires in the bra. Also, many women make the mistake of going up a band size when they gain weight. Rather, they should first go up a cup size to see if that provides a better fit.

I loved the seamless minimizer from Wacoal, so I tried this version. When I put it on, it seemed ok. However, after wearing it for a couple hours, it got very uncomfortable. Not only were the underwires digging in, they also stuck out at the sides and rubbed against the insides of my arms. I couldn't wait to go home and take it off. I have none of these issues with the seamless version.

HerRoom Response: Teri, if I had to guess, I would say you are petite in stature. When underwires poke out at the sides and dig in, many times the underwire is simply too big for your physique. Women who are petite are better served by underwire demi cup bras - a demi cup has a shorter underwire.

Wacoal Response: We suggest our 85130 minimizer for women who are more petite or short-waisted. The underwires in this style have a tighter wire pattern and thus do not come up as high on the sides.

This bra is truly wonderful. The non-stretch straps are a huge help. I am not a big woman but my 38G breasts are and this bra holds everything in place and makes clothes look so much more classy on my frame. If you are a true full-figured woman, who has tried every bra there is in search of comfort, support and a perfect fit, this is it! I have a drawer full of bras where the cup is not quite full enough, digs into my back and underarm. As of today 11/04, they are being thrown out! I am petite woman, but busty. I find this to be a wonderful bra for women with heavier breasts like mine. It minimizes nicely so I do not look overly top heavy. The absolute best fitting minimizer I have ever worn. Beautiful lace, soft, feel. the cups give full coverage and the back is wide enough for support, but does not have the large 4-5 hooks that most larger cup (d-dddd) have. Although it is a bit more expensive than most bras in the dept store, I truly feel you get what you pay for, and it is apparent that Wacoal is quality, in styling, fit and look! I wear a 42DDD and liked the look of this bra . . . it's actually beautiful in a large size! However, after trying it on, I was very disappointed!! I wear a 42 DDD and I love the fit/support and comfort of this bra. I felt the price to be a bit high until I realized that what I have been purchasing comes no where close to the support. This is now my bra of choice. I would love to see this style come in a larger variety of colors.
