Medium size fits me perfectly and I have 38'' hips with 29'' waist. They don't ride up which is amazing. I'm a nurse and am constantly bending and squatting throughout my shift. So I don't have to worry about needing to pick a wedgie or worry about looking like my underwear are riding up by backside while I'm walking around in my patient's rooms. I wish these panties had some cotton in the blend to help with wicking away moisture. Lauren from NJ
