I've worn these for years. Although they are tight when worn for the first time but become comfortable very quickly. They firm the ares of concern and my clothes slide on easily and fit better. An added bonus for me is that the fabric is soft, silky and cool. This is important when one needs to avoid rashes that can come with some other such garments that I've tried. these hold all bits and pieces in while allowing you to breathe. I wore all day and forgot what I had on. I liked the leg openings which are not constricting. I will wear on oversea plane trip. these are pricey but worth every penny. I am ordering more skippyjohn from midwest

Wacoal Response: This is a shape brief. It sounds like there is a little more pant here than you need. The waist on this pant is not designed as a "high waisted" pant but it is not a low waisted garment either and could be too high on a petite figure.
