The black velvet leggings were a big disappointment. They were black cotton leggings. No velvet so I returned it!

Velvet Response: Velvet is the name of the brand not the fabric content. The page clearly shows that the fabric content is 94% cotton and 6% Lycra spandex. Sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the product. Linda from New York
