This is my first HerRoom order. These panties are very nice, and I will buy additional pairs. But, maybe more importantly, HerRoom stepped up in an uncomfortable situation and came through with flying colors. A week or so after my original order, I received confirmation that my order had arrived. I don't know where it went, but I never got it. These panties are fine. I started getting them at walmart when they stopped carrying the hanes style I used to wear. I wish there was ecru. The order was fine, but one pair of the vassarettes was actually hi-cut instead of brief. i didn't care enought to bother sending back. Jeanne from Wye Mills
