the items were right but one received was filthy. waiting for return of that item. so far they have been very helpful. I don't foresee any problems. all items were to be given as gifts.

The gown was lovely, a bit large for me but I kept it anyway so as not to have to pay for additional shipping costs. I am a very senior citizen and have been searching for months for a soft, comfortable, non-binding gown and finally found one that's super. I plan on buying more, but will try a medium size.
