I would have given the transaction five stars, but I was horrified to learn that you accept returns on underwear! Telling people to wear their own when they try on yours doesn't guarantee that they will. I had to wash the panties with bleach before I would wear them. There should be a law against accepting returns on intimate items. Otherwise, the service was excellent and the transaction went very smoothly. The panties, as always, fit well and are very comfortable.

the Lollipop panties shrank at least 1/12 to 2 sizes when they were washed in cold water, and dried on low temp in dryer. Barbara
