I wore this and fought with it twisting around ALLLLLL day and evening long. It actually took my focus off of a very very important function.. having to constantly worry about it having twisted around and hanging out of the armholes of my dress and showing at the neckline..... horrible experience. I wish I could return.. hate hate hate hate it!!!

HerRoom Response: We are sorry for your experience. When a slip twists like you describe, it could be for a couple of reasons. The first being the slip is too small. Secondly, the fabric of your outer-item could be catching or causing static cling which prevents the slip from hanging properly. lucy

It was a bit larger than I expected, but was usable for what I needed it for. I bought a sheer dress and had to have a slip. I have turned it up quite a bit and brought the shoulder straps up too. For the price, this slip is great! My only negative comment would be that the smallest size available (34) is quite large. I'm pretty small, 5'3 - wear a 34B- and this slip is quite long, went to the middle of my knee (I ended up cutting about 5" off), the straps fall down frequently, and it is pretty baggy. It works for the dress I purchased it for because I needed a loose fitting slip, but smaller ladies beware! Jamie from Minneapolis, MN

Is as described. I ordered a size 38, my bra size, but should probably have ordered a size smaller. It fits very loosely and therefore has a tendency to turn on the body when carrying something on your shoulder. Otherwise very comfortable. MJ from Syracuse, NY

I was so happy with this slip. The v-neck matched the neckline of my dress perfectly, the length of the slip was exactly at the top of the slit in my dress. Love, love, love this slip! I originally wanted it to wear under a white, sundress. Well, it didn't work for that because the neckline of the dress was lower than the neckline of the slip. But, I didn't want to return it because it felt so comfortable on and I'll probably end up wearing in under something else or using it as a nightgown. Make sure you get the right size! I'm a 38C (5' 1", 134 lbs.) and thought the 34 would be way too small for me. However, after reading everyone's reviews, I decided to risk it and ordered the 34. It fits perfectly! In fact, I like it so much that I'm planning on buying it in the other colors as soon as payday comes around! Melissa from Florida

I really wanted to like this slip. However, regardless of the dress I wear over it, it twists around to the side and then bunches up. I've tried everything to keep this from happening, but having to safety pin your slip down the sides to your dress sort of negates the "ease" I am looking for. I've pretty much stopped wearing them. BTW, I bought four and it happens with all for of them. Unfortunately, I'd removed the tags from all of them before I realized this was a problem. Because of that, I would not recommend this item. At my height of 5 ft 2, the slip is a lot longer than I expected, and I'll end up hemming it. I wanted a full slip to wear with some dresses that ride up pretty short when I sit, and which cling to tights. It's my size, a 34- but it's overall a little big. I am 4'11" and 120 lbs (size 2/4) and this slip fit great. The straps don't fall off my shoulders as others have reported and the slip hits about my knees. Needed a slip for clingy knit dresses, and this is the one I'm keeping. I ordered two Vanity Fair slips. The other was too small in the hips. I wear 8-10 and the 34 in this slip is a good fit, so this cut is more generous in the hips than the picture illustrates. Laura from Pewaukee WI

I like this slip a lot. It is for shorter skirts and dresses. Reversing the slip doesn't work well for me, since I am a 36 D or DD bra size, but I didn't need to reverse it anyway, so I am happy. I heeded the advice to get a smaller size than usual, and it worked, since I got a 36. I usually need a 38 in a slip, because of my large cup size. I wear size 10 and 12 pants. The fabric is very silky, with a good weight, and drapes well. This is a good slip if you want clean lines instead of lace edging. I would say this is a versatile slip. Anne from Seattle, WA
