Sizing doesn't seem to be accurate. The length is fine and the fabric is nice and it works okay with a one-piece dress, but if I wear it with a skirt and blouse, it twists around and I have to constantly adjust it. I would not buy another.

Vanity Fair Response: Recommend to try a cami and half slip when wearing a skirt and a blouse, our best selling half slip is 11760 & 11717, if she wants to go for a more modern look Style 11072 offers a beautiful lace on the waist and has adjustable length. As for camis that go with the half slip she can try 17158, 17073 beautiful compliment for the half slip 11072. Other cami styles 17003 our best selling cami, 17166 2nd best seller and can be worn as a spin cami. The material was thicker than I wanted. And, I would have liked a more body skimming fit. As it was, there was quite a bit of extra fabric to gather together around the waist. It fit 'ok' at the top, but definitely not below the bust. Isabelle from Oregon

I ordered one in black and one in nude and sent them both back. They are very large. I am typically a medium/size 8, and I would have expected a 34 to be much smaller. That wouldn't have been a huge problem, but the reason I sent them back was because it was really low cut (probably due to the size as well). I have a large chest and the reason I wanted a slip in the first place is so that I can wear it under dresses and not show a ton of cleavage. This would have been useless, and there weren't adjustable straps to fix the problem.

Vanity Fair Response: I would recommend to try S/10085 chemise it has adjustable straps and a straight/ slightly curved front neck for more modesty. it is offered in 18 & 22" length. This collection also offers a cami S/ 17085 with adjustable straps as well. The color is what was needed, but we are very disappointed at how impossible it has been to find such a slip in 100% cotton. We found a 100% cotton version only at Eileen Fisher, but the only color they had was white. We ordered that slip also and we'll see if we can dye it. Everyone should carry a cotton slip!

I am a size 6. I put the slip on in my hotel room. By the time I had walked out to the parking lot to my car, the slip was twisted and up around my waist. I would not recommend this item.

HerRoom Response: The twisting could actually be more about the garment you were wearing. If the two fabrics don't slide, twising will occur. Barbara from Maine
