The moment I tried it on I didn't like it. It was way too pointy. Pat from West Bloomfield, MI

I purchased two of these bras in desperation and regret doing so. It really does not minimize, but pushes the breasts together and lift them. I do not require lifting; but minimizing for certain fits and styles. E. Charles from New York

At first I wasn't sure about the bra, but in the end I really like it. It does minimize, and the final shape is somewhat mannequin-like. There is good separation and lift. The fabric gives good support. It is quite comfortable. As for sizing, I am finally settling down to a consistent size after 6 years of pregnancy and lactation. I think it might run a wee bit small, but I'm not totally sure as I haven't worn many 32DD bras yet for comparison. Mindy from Alabama

Definitely minimizes especially at the sides, although there is still some overflow from the top of the cups. I might consider going one cup bigger. beth

Absolutely the best bra for a 32D on a petite frame. I need to minimize and the Va Bien does this perfectly. It is comfortable, structured to fit perfectly and the all around best bra for me. Love it!!!! Carol from Connecticut

I expected better coverage for a minimizer so the "overflow" doesn't happen. Brenda from Woodbury, NJ, USA

Love the support and uplift that this bra gives. A little tight around the band even on the loosest hook. Love the straps which stay in place. Mara from Missouri

More comfortable and fits better than more expensive brands but should go up 1 size for back and down 1 size for cup. Usually I am a 32 DDD Elsa from New Jersey

This was the first time ordering these bras from this site. One of the bras had a hook missing in the middle row. I did not notice until I went to use the bra. I called customer service to see what options I had and I didn't have any because I had already taken the tags off. I didn't think I had to check that closely for defects, but obviously I do. My recommendation is to check your bra thoroughly before removing the tags. Marilyn from Northville, MI USA

Best bra I have ever worn! Snug back fit, rounded cup, great straps! I wear this bra to minimize my D cup, which is too big for my 5' frame. I pray that this bra is available forever! It has been an answer to my prayers. Carol

This bra is a little tight...so order the next size up - other wise it's good, but not as good as the Chantelle. Michelle from Brunswick, GA USA

This is a great bra for true minimizing. I am able to wear t-shirts with a deep v-neck without having a jiggly cleavage, and yet still maintain a perky silhouette! There is definitely a more torpedo shaped look, but I think more of the breast is gathered up from the underarms than my other Wacoal minimizer. I like both, and will wear both at different times, with different garments. As I said, this bra looks great with the deep-v neck clothing and maybe many other things. I am so happy to have found this site with many minimizer bras available. I also like this price point. With a daughter in college sucking all the money out of me, I have a hard time paying $70+ for a bra, and to tell the truth, I don't think they last any longer than bras at the $40-50 price point. There is a distinct difference in bras made in the Dominican Republic, China, Honduras,Mexico, and underdeveloped countries. The back itches, the elastic doesn't last any time at all, etc. The mid-range prices do last, and I now have a couple of styles from this site. I wear a 32DD, and I am 5'5", 132 lbs, and I am a *young* 52 year old that wants to keep my youthful appearance, but still look age appropriate. Saggy saggy = oldie oldie. Cynthia from Houston, TX

This bra did not minimize and gave me a conical "50's" look. There seemed to be too much fabric on the top part of the cup. I initially thought I had ordered the wrong size, but it was indeed the correct size. Heather from Berlin, MD

Unfortunately I had to return the item, I am waiting to receive a credit. The bra was very uncomfortable, but your service was very good. I received the product in a timely manner. I will order from you again if I can find a bra I think my work. Monica from HURST/TX/USA

Way too large and I do wear a 32DDD in most bras!

Va Bien Response: Most customers do not find that this bra runs large. We would not recommend sizing down in this style. Debbi from St. Louis, MO

Pointed, ick! I want a minimizer that separates and makes me look rounded. Non stretch straps, regular back (not racerback), three hooks. They've stopped making my Bali minimizer and I've ordered several other styles now (price range upper $30's to mid $60's without success) and all give me a pointed look. I weigh 123, am 5'2" and wear a 32DD, but I have heavy breasts and need super under bust support. HELP anyone?

VaBien Response:This fall Va Bien is coming out with a bra in the frame of style #601 that will give a more rounded look. While style #601 is not as “pointed” as some other minimizers out there. Many people, in fact, love the shape that style #601 gives them, but this new bra will be more round. Lea from Overland Park, KS USA
