I dig this bustier if only because it actually came in my size with the low back (finding a low back bustier in a size 32DD or DDD is really difficult). It's not perfect, but still holds the girls in without straps and is low enough in the back for a wider range of dresses/tops. My problem with this bustier, as with all bustiers like it, is that the boning will show through under thinner material, so I'll have to be careful what I wear with it. Also sometimes the band along the bottom can create an unflattering "upside-down" muffin top, and I don't even have a lot of fat around that area. I guess it's necessary though to maintain some support on top. This bustier won't be used a whole lot, but it's still a good piece to have in my drawer for when I just have to wear a low-back dress. Ordered this to wear under my low-back, strapless wedding dress. It hits too far above the hips, giving you a muffin top. I returned it. .

Va Bien Response: 506 is a longline bra, which is shorter than a bustier. It ends at the bottom of the rib cage and does not continue to the hips. It’s for a customer who wants a very low back strapless bra but without the full coverage of a bustier. For love handle control, either go with a bustier or combine a longline bra like 506 with a shapewear panty like Va Bien Satin Firm Control High Waist Girdle 3766. Jodie

Excellent support. This item is not a full bustier and is very comfortable. Lovely sweetheart neckline. Fits true to size. This will really increase the range of cuts of dresses that this buxom girl can wear! I am normal weight with large boobs, btw. Elizabeth from Philadelphia

The item looks great, but I can not use for the dress I had purchased for. The hook in the back of the bra does not set as low as I expected.

I am a 34DDD, 5'11, dress size 8 and followed the recommendation to go down in cup size and up in band size. Bra fit perfectly and more importantly it works with my low back wedding dress. my dress has a very deep v (almost to the waist) and I tried close to 10 bras before I found this one which works. I purchased this item to wear with a dress that has an intricate styled back. The picture on the website made it appear as though the back was a lot lower than it actually was when I received it. Support in the front was great, but the back wasn't nearly as low as I thought it would be.

Va Bien Response: The images for this style are accurate. The back on this item is as low as possible on a strapless bra. If the back was lower, the cups would no longer provide support. Fits great, perfect for wearing under a strapless dress for a wedding I'm in. I got my size, a 32DD and it could stand to be a little larger toward the bottom. Perfect for petite figures, the bustier hits a little above the hip bones. Amanda
